I don't understand the system in America. I had rhinoplasty and there's a little spot on the tip that I want to get fixed. No other surgeries. I don't want anything extreme like slope/barbie nose with extreme lift etc. Still, my doctor wanted me to get a psychiatry report to be sure I'm not obsessed and will be satisfied with the results. And I'm 25.
To sum up; I don't understand these patients but I don't understand the doctors either.

Yikes. I thought my self esteem was waning at age 46 with no plastic surgery. I am not sure whether to find this sad or just bizarre. As a nurse I think a little surgery could look great, but too much is not attractive at all.
