Incredible weight loss transformations vol. 1 - brand new me Ashley: YOU GO GIRL! I'VE BEEN THROUGH EATING DISORDERS AND ALL OF THIS STUFF. lol okay sorry caps. I used to weigh 300 pounds by time I was thirteen and I was in a size 22 wide. In women's. I'm excited because I am now a personal trainer and I will be able to help a lot of people with certain disorders as well when it comes to eating and food addictions. I know how it feels to feel lost in your own body and like a prisoner. I do have body dismorphia, I also fight to get better it will always be a struggle but the more we understand things the easier it is to fight! Not many personal trainers have been overweight themselves that's why I'm excited about helping people. I can actually relate to them! I had to do it all by myself my parents are find me blacked out in the hallway not even really think twice about it. I lost all of it and a half of the year I went all the way down to a size 11 in juniors. It can be really scary. People don't realize eating disorders are real. Especially when you're a teenager and you don't understand what's going on all you know is you want to lose it I know the teens and kids were very very mean to me. I was also the funny fat girl. I would make fun of myself also to cope I never wanted to show weakness. This girl did amazing and it's awesome to see other people do awesome by themselves even though she had a partner do it with her. Which is amazing. She had the mindset no matter what she was going to do it and that's awesome.

I weighed almost 200 lbs for many years and I didn't think I'd be able to lose weight. (and I'm 44) I'm a disabled veteran and I have hard time exercising since I can't run or do any kind of really strenuous activity. I started Martial Arts about a year and half ago, for three reasons. to lose weight, get exercise, and learn to defend myself.
so far, I've accomplished all three goals.
I've lost about 40 lbs, I've definitely getting exercise, and I'm learning to defend myself.
It's been difficult for me to do some things in Martial Arts because of my physical limitations, but I don't stop trying.
Fortunately, I haven't had to defend myself in a -real life- situation yet, but now that I have training, I feel more confident and prepared if I actually have to.

Your weight loss is fantastic but there's always something about post loss attitudes that get to me. You weren't 'left with' lots of loose skin. You created that yourself. You said yes to it every time you over ate. When i see newly thin people wanting funded for surgery when there are plenty of people who can't even afford life saving surgery it upsets me. Other people didn't gorge themselves on food. You didn't 'work so hard' for that body. You just started doing what you were supposed to do all along. You weren't a victim of anything, you were just gluttonous. I think people nowadays always want a sob story and there are shameful behaviours here that need highlighted for what they are because the way people think now is wrong.

Listening to meditative music can help to reduce stress, which can lead to weight loss. Stress can lead to increased levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can promote the storage of fat. Additionally, stress can lead to unhealthy eating habits, such as overeating or emotional eating. By reducing stress, meditative music can help to create a more favorable environment for weight loss.

I have so much respect for these amazing people, that actually stood up to themselves, admitted that something needed to be done, and then went out and actually did it! They inspire so much in me, in others, and most importantly, they inspired themselves. It's so incredibly amazing to see these huge successes, and for these people to come out and share their stories. Thank you so much!

I used to be 300 lbs, emotional eater too. I eat til I regret, dizzy and wanting to throw up. Now when negative emotions hits me, when anxiety is kicking in, I pack my gym bag and work out. Now I work out everyday, happy to finally catch the habit. My goal is to get stronger, mentally, emotionally and physically. Getting a better body shape is just a bonus.

This video inspired me. I'm almost in tears. It's like something, a switch, just flipped in me and I'm ready to do this. I'm going to lose the weight. I want it so bad, and I'm not giving up, not while I'm still breathing.

These stories are very inspiring. I do get annoyed with the way they edit by making everything repeat twice. Just tell the story straight through instead of saying almost everything and then saying it all again!

Dry fasting will help get rid of excess skin. Every day of dry fasting can remove about one pound of excess skin maybe a little less. The body breaks down skin and converts it into water.
