you don't care if you look Manly but some woman's they do care, there is nothing wrong and more attractive and beautiful than a good athletic woman, i really do like woman's which they working out they have a proper diet and taking protein, it looks beautiful healthy and stunning, but the woman's they do look Manly and gross ugly when they take steroids this is what makes the woman look bad not the bodybuilding so don't get confused

So few people body build. You can't expect these pencil neck geeks to understand the sport. I am 67 and body build, it is my life style and I will do until I am dead. People don't understand the discipline involved to achieve a nice body. Just look around and you can see how undisciplined people are. You look great and the best in getting your pro card.

She looks great both lean and thick not to mention how pretty she is too! I prefer her thicker but that is me just being me. She is young ambitious and is in full control of her body and life. Surrounding herself with other young positive people is the best way to win! Keep it up!

I would rather see a women who is solid and muscular, than someone who weights 200 lbs and is overweight. She has a beautiful look and looks fine without the lean stage look. If this is achieved by healthy eating and execise then I applaud her.
