I have the same condition, two of everything. I had two live births and two miscarriages; carried one child in one uterus and the other one in the other. Other than painful periods, I really never had any other issues and a doctor told me upon an internal exam. My doctor was amazing and I never felt different They didn't remove the septum as it was not known if it could send me into early menopause.

My mother had this condition.
She did not know until she had a hysterectomy in her forties after giving birth to four children.
My parents where mildly amuzed when they found out.
Dad told jokes at parties that he did not relise that Mum was a double bunger!
No big deal!

I am male so I have no right to question a doctor but WTH? You would think that after 1 trip to the Gynecologist that the Doctor would notice anything extra. If a man was born with 2 organs I would think that the doctor who delivered him would have said -something is different here.

I would not expect this condition to present with being on your period twice in the same month! If anything, I would expect it to be the same as two separate women who live together, or are super close, where both uteruses bled around the same time each month.
