KEVIN CREEKMAN, from Germany, struggled with his weight as a child. Tipping the scales at 335lbs, Kevin lost an incredible 180lbs in one year. Kevin told Truly: -People asked me a lot like 'How do you do it? ' I just collected all the information I got, and I was on a very low carb diet and a very low calorie diet. But when Kevin lost the weight, it left a lot of loose skin, causing him to feel uncomfortable and insecure. Kevin added: -In 2014 I got my skin removal surgery and it made me feel like Frankenstein. - After having the loose skin removed, Kevin was left with four big scars on his body. But instead of feeling down about his appearance, Kevin turned to getting tattoos as a way to adapt to his new image

I have had a similar childhood experience and I want to lose weight too and from being 300lbs I want to reach 175 give or take which is the ideal weight for my hight, but I worry about how my life would be after I do lose it;
Things like the loose skin, or the thought having to keep exercising the rest of my life and become gym obsessed really bother me, because I simply don't care for sports of any kind, maybe combat arts a little but as a means to an end and not for the love of it.
I just want to be a regular person who can eat whatever and live a whatever life and at most get a saggy gut as I age, but I also don't want to struggle to tie my shoes or fit in those tiny bus seats, I want to run if I need to but not as a hobby, wear 38 in the winter and 36 in the summer, L or XL depending on the brand not 4 or 5XL.
I just want that, not the mirror veiny muscles flexing and the hot models.
How can I get that!

I wish he wouldn-t have felt like he had to cover his body with tattoos due to how he felt society perceived him. I-ve noticed a lot of people who never had tattoos go get tons of them once they lose weight. It would be so nice to see how great they look without the tattoos and piercings. This guy looks great. He certainly didn-t need to feel like he had to hide. The weight loss is wonderful, but to make such a drastic change with the other stuff seems to make him seem sad inside. It-s like the cover up hides who he wants people to see on the inside, in order to be accepted by society. Honestly, everyone doesn-t have to look the same these days.

Skin surgery?
I don't know about 180 pounds loss, but I do know about 50.
I lost it in one year, at age 57, without a single wrinkle.
The method, surprised me, about 40 minutes self massage after waking up, and all you can eat.
I used the so called -DO IN- method. Practically anything is good, which goes through the chakras.
Good luck!
Note, between month 4-10, nothing happened outside. Only at the first and and the last 3 months.

Yet another example as why you should never judge anyone. At first glance I-ll be honest I thought -. Oh mr cool guy. Lol. I-m sure he has to deal with that it-s probably weird as hell.
We can change our outer shell and it is difficult. But the real challenge is changing that old mindset because many times no matter the outward appearance. The big guy is still living in the skin

Wow! One of the best changes! My ex-husband was a heavy world of Warcraft player. I know how easy it is to get lost in that game and go through like three 2 ltr. sodas a day he would never change his life so we had to divorce I had to change my life!

-now i feel free in my skin- well, technically he's imprisoned by the scars and keeps himself veiled with the tattoos. he was never free. he didn't get over how his excess skin and scars looked.

Love every step of your journey, Kevin. It's all part of what got you to where you are today. Your scars tell a story. You're a survivor and you're encouraging so many others. Good on you! : )

Very honest reason for wanting to change. People don't have the courage, especially men, that they don't want to be lonely.
