A MAN who was told by doctors he wouldn-t live past 30 due to his weight, is now a professional fitness coach. Alex from New York once weighed 365lbs and would play video games for up to 16 hours a day, living off a diet of junk food. He also used to avoid mirrors as he was ashamed of his size. After being warned by a doctor that he wouldn't live past 30, Alex began doing whatever it took to lose weight, and lost over 100lbs. Most recently, Alex quit his regular career to be an online fitness coach

A doctor said someone wouldn't live past 30 for being 365 lbs?
-scratches head-
But there are so many people that are over that age and weight combo.
I do think that if he struggled going up some stairs, that's scary. My ex was 420 lbs and would go hiking with me. His stamina was crazy. His strength would make me swoon. And I loved his belly and chub, too.
Seems this guy was super unhealthy and not getting any exercise or lifting weights at all.
You can be fat and strong. He was fat and didn't move.

My whole life, I've always loved the quiet people, the overweight, the little bit odd, the loners, etc. So many don't see the potential they have because of how others treat them. Trust and believe, just like Alex did this, you can too! Maybe it's weight loss, or maybe it is something else. You can do this. I don't know you, but I love you.

I've watched a lot of these transformation videos where the person was morbidly obese before their weight loss journey.
This guy carried his weight well, even back when he was heavy.
He looks really great!
Now if only I can jump on the weight loss transformation wagon and stop procrastinating.

My nutrition wasn't the best, I tried to like cooking, but I just absolutely hated it. Got around that by getting healthier food delivery! There r lots of services out there. It's expensive, but I see it more as an investment and time saver!

It surely takes a lot of determination to follow a journey like his. I tell myself to exercise every time I gain weight, however I drop the exercise routine only after loosing few kilos.

This is so inspiring! I'm slim and I've never struggled with weight but I need a major change in my life when it comes to mental health. a part of me can see a way out and another part of me can't

Best of luck to this man! Breaking your old habits and getting on the right track to lose weight and live healthy is hard, I know that myself. But omg, that amount of sri racha is kinda scary. -

What an honest, soul bearing, beautiful beautiful man. As a -man-, sir, you are a very very handsome and engaging person. I wish you nothing but success.

Good for him. If he's happy, he should continue doing this. Me, I'd rather stay fat, lazy and eat myself in an early grave than diet or exercise.

I would like to know more about how you done your weight loss. I'm trying to get weight loss myself.
You look so handsome and more happier
