71-YEAR-OLD Keiko Guest, from Georgia, is proving that old age is just a mindset. The former dancer and photographer became a TikTok star overnight when she started posting videos and photos of herself posing in stiletto heels and tight dresses. Keiko credits her youthful looks and mindset to her active lifestyle. She frequently works out to stay strong - she even learnt to fly the aerial trapeze when she was 70. Keiko uses her social media account to challenge ageist stereotypes. She told Truly: -I-m trying to normalise a woman who can age with grace, but I-ve received so much hate. - Despite some of the negativity she-s received, Keiko still loves to post videos for her fans. She said: -I-ve been doing this kind of work all my life. Now TikTok gives me the opportunity to share my content with the world

Wow. I-m 35 and this makes me realize how unhealthy I am! I don-t work out at all and I-m constantly stressed and eat a lot of red meat and drink occasionally and smoke sometimes when I-m stressed lol sooooo bad. I also have depression and anxiety. So that doesn-t help lol but This makes me wanna change everything up. I just hate working out! Idk why. I used to love running but now I don-t even wanna move. I think it-s because My job is very physically demanding so by the time I get home I-m tired. Idk. I wish I had the energy she has and the optimism! Def. Need to make some changes.

I wonder if Keiko has challenges being friends with women her own age, because she doesn't fit society's stereotype. I can picture some women feeling jealous of her. I noticed that some of her friends in this video are a lot younger than her. I think it would take a very open minded, confident woman to be her friend. I would like to congratulate her for being such an inspiration for all age groups. I think Keiko's legacy is to eat healthy, stay active, enjoy life and don't let age define what you can and can't do.

Sometimes I hate humans. Wait until YOU'RE older. She looks awesome. She's aware she's 71. If she feels good in her skin, why knock her? You want to feel good-why doesn't this apply to ALL PEOPLE? Stop the nastiness, it's easy to do(Unless one gets a personal payoff which is disturbing)

I turned 40 this year and it-s the best I-ve ever felt. Mentally, physically, spiritually. Something we all do if we are lucky is AGE. So ageism is the dumbest and most ridiculous form of hate ever. We all will get old one day so take care of your body and your minds

Very beautiful video. I will be 61 in August. My husband and I been walking eating whole foods and we do steps on the weekends. We feel great. It is so inspirational to see this woman and know we have a chance to be like that in our 70s. Age is a state of mind!

It's good that keep in shape and of good health, there are few people who are athletic after 50, but when I saw you pics online I honestly thought you were the age of my mother and I'm 43 and teenagers think I'm in my early 20s even when they know my real age.

You are fabulous, thank you for sharing your experience in aging. I am bullied at the gym because of my age but I am not there to impress anyone I am there for me, I want to age very active, strong and healthy. You are fabulous.

People are afraid seeing older women do what they used to do, and can-t anymore. It-s called envy. Also, they know aging is happening to all, whether we like it or not. Go, live your best life, enjoy whatever the age!

This is a message for all 20-30 years olds. Next time you're out and about and you come across a toddler, just remember that in that toddler's mind - you're a dinosaur. Yep, ya'll are old too! Perspective.

If I am going to reach that age, I want to be as happy and powerful like she is now. The age doesn't matter, have fun and stay young inside. Your internal attitude will influence your outer appearance: )

Who says just because your in your 50s, 60s, or even 70s that you have to feel like crap or look ancient, I worked with a guy who was 72 and had the body and mind of a 40 year old

This woman is beautiful and I would love to take her out. I can't understand why some people would mock her or anyone else for taking care of themselves and trying to look their best.
reply

Ahhh she is sooo beautiful and confident! So sad that people often forced to be -modest- and wear -neat- clothes when they gets old, just because of their age! Keep going Madam!
reply

the phrase, -I've been told im not flexible- is jealousy because the want her to be a normal 71 year old but most woman would do anything to be able to do that at 71
reply

as a 61 year old. hmmmm, I want to look the best I can for the age I am but I guess whatever makes you happy. having a body like a preteen helps of course! Blessed.
reply

It-s a shame most people would be happy that a person 71 would be in a wheelchair, bed ridden, or dead than to celebrate how gracefully she-s aged. Rock On Momma!
