At my first high school I knew a special Ed classmate who had a leg lift for his shoes, maybe almost 12- of lift. He was also on the autism spectrum. I don-t recall the sizes of his arms or head or face, but he was a character, and he tried so hard to fit in. I hope he-s doing okay now.

I was born with my right leg shorter about 5 cm than my left. I had operation when i was 9 to make my leg 2cm longer and i still need to wear special shoe. I can't even imagine how hard it must be walking with that high sole as this boy.

I used to know a kid who had this. His left leg was around 6-7 inches shorter than his right. He never complained about it a bit. Sadly he moved away and i havent seen him since. Hope hes doing well.
