I think she dresses this way because she is otherwise NOT interesting. Or, more accurately, because she doesn-t think she could be interesting.
I wonder is she is able to have a conversation whilst dressed that way about a topic other than the way she is dressed.
I imagine if she was in a group who were having a serious discussion it wouldn-t be very long before her clothes and makeup started wearing her instead of the other way around and she became self conscious about not being the focus but more of a clownish carbuncle.
I-m not being mean either but we-re all know it-s true.

I think she is beautiful, and it's truly wonderful that she is able to live the life and be who she wants. Most people just fit into the mold of being like everyone else, and if they are happy that way, fine. If the young lady is happy, not hurting anyone that's great! I'm sure that there are days that she enriches someones day. First and foremost is that fact the it makes her feel happy and fulfilled. There are probably many people that aren't experiencing that joy in their lives. Go for it girl! ---
