But before she starts to get more muscle bound looking I'd like to see her learn to spend more time IN WATER swimming and doggy paddling because that really will BURN CALORIES without it seeming like working out.
I'd like to see her get away from working out with weights so much and instead get involved with things that STRETCH OUT the muscles instead of compacting them it would be great if she could do things like Pilates and BALLET and YOGA.
. If Rakhi keeps doing mostly just working out with weights and bodybuilding even if she loses 180 lbs she's going to end up with that MUSCLE BOUND look which is so UNFEMININE so I hope she really will find the things that helps STRETCH OUT the MUSCLES to give that LONGER LEANER look and that includes spending more time in water swimming.
And British race walking for at least 45 minutes three times a week will burn calories without putting stress and strain on the bones and joints and that does give results and burn calories especially if she does it for an hour.

Be careful with the chiropractor a lot of times they are scams and they will make your back issues even worse when I was in a car accident I had to go to one and when he cracked my neck I felt like he almost snapped it and I told him about himself and that I felt like he almost snapped my neck I felt like my neck snapped And I was loud enough for his other clients to hear exactly how I felt in detail! ---people have died at the chiropractor office
