THESE zombie goth to plain Jane makeovers will blow your mind! Mantis: Honestly, with all of these makeovers I truly loved the -befores- so much more! These goth girls all really seem like they have serious skill with makeup and knowledge of their own faces and styles and themselves to really create a look that works best for them! No offence to the makeup artist and fashion stylists that worked on these projects but I thought the -afters- cheapened them and/or made them look boring. Im glad they will continue to stay true to themselves. I love when people are doing their own thing and I really think that these girls are true artists using themselves as their own canvasses to create living/ breathing art.

These woman are so beautiful inside and out I truly wish they saw what everyone sees there natural beauty. Being goth is cool but it-s also a way of hiding everything inside could be pain or the past makeup hides everything you are deep down. It-s like an escape. But they are beautiful without the dark makeup really beautiful I hope one day they-ll open there eyes and see what I just saw. I was amazed shocked and loved it I-m obsessed lol and they-re all HOT HOT HOT. These girls need to meet each other and discuss there experience. --

I've never really been around the goth look, from a small country town. I don't understand it I guess. It looks like they are obliterating their natural features and masking with makeup. They all were so naturally pretty girls. They look pretty in the goth, in a different way but I wonder if they use it to hide behind? Someone explain the goth please I don't get it.

Because of mindsets and inner issues these women have, they've turned to this type of goth looks imprinted on them from very young ages. They at least show their courage trying a different look/style. It places a seed in their thoughts at least. It doesn't matter really how you dress ladies. What matters now are your actions as a person that makes you acceptable.

I think these people would benefit more from therapy. - they have such low self esteem that they would rather hide themselves under all that junk. while they could shine. they are so beautiful how they are without anything. they definitely suffered a trauma that makes them unable to even look at themselves in the mirror. very sad

All for expressing oneself & can appreciate the creativity in looks & styles but I will never understand a persons need to go through life in such dramatic costumes & attire especially after high school, it doesn-t look like a person is being different it just reads as cry for attention & psychological treatment

Love the artistry of the goth style. I generally prefer that style to the Barbie stuff even if I-m a pretty plain dresser myself. I can see it as a type of armor that gives you allowance to act freer. The only danger is if that remains the only way you can keep that freedom.

I really enjoyed watching these transformations. Even though I think the girls looked lovely after they transformed, I must say I really loved their Goth styles. It's unique and glamorous in its Goth way. Everyone should be able to be themselves. Very interesting video.

The wigs are bad, the clothes choices could-ve been better and the makeup was just as heavy in opposite colors -the last lady-s eyebrows could-ve been better. Overall I think they can all find a decent middle ground, bc at a certain age it gives other impressions.

It hurt me to see how the boyfriend and friend reacted to the last girl's change. She looked absolutely beautiful and if she were my friend I would have ran up and hugged her and cried and told her how beautiful she was. That goes for the boyfriend even more.

The first girl seems so mf sweet. All goths I-ve met are the sweetest people in the world. I-m alt/goth so I love seeing the genuineness of these people. Just because we wear different things, does not mean we are SCARY. It-s just different and that is OKAY.

- I soo love that they see how fake our society can be I love she said she feels fake even if you look soo called pretty if it's fake you feel un pretty and nothing a shallow way but a soul way! But also to each there own do what makes you feel happy!

The fact is they all look better dressing normal. It would be okay with the way they dress if they didn-t go to the extreme with the make up in the hair, then it would be acceptable, but it looks so much better dressing proper.
reply

They all looked SO much better after the transformation because you could see their face and a glimpse at who they are under all that. Their friends were very close minded/rude. These were not good friends in the video.

I would like to know when do these people work so that they can buy all that stuff. Be careful my niece is a goth since she was 16 and now nearing her 40's her face is all red and rashed from all that make-up.
reply

Why are they all so negative about the transformation and the person not looking like Day of the Dead?
But also why does the makeover have to be so extreme why can-t it be everyday classy makeup/makeover?

reply

I'm not a goth myself but I don't like this even if it is just to show them they can be different, because I don't see a point in changing their personality just to fit the -normal- standards of society

These women are actually so beautiful behind the dark makeup. I don't think they should all dress in pink and things that they don't like all the time, but I definitely prefer the more natural makeup.

Has natural blue eyes, keeps black contacts on all day. Born with dark brown almost black eyes, uses green and blue contacts. The irony of never being happy with what you've got and with what you are- -

I think it's fun to try new things. I don't wear pink a lot either although I want to, I just don't think it looks good on me. But sometimes I want the pink fantasy, just to see how I would look.

The second girl's daily makeup look is so good? Hadn't seen anything like it before. Love the wispy feathered effect she achieves & how stunning the white eyelashes look surrounded by black.
reply

First girl is so adorable and beautiful. She doesn't have to change a single thing about herself. Hope she keeps the style forever. She looks like Death from Sandman comics
reply

Hmm it wouldve looked better if they made the girls look like a normal next door girl going out not flashy barbie and eccentric looks. You have to use more beige or neutral colours.
reply

I actually really like the first goth girls look. She has style and looks very artistic. She has a lot more thought into her look than the high school goth group I knew.
reply

I really hope this is an old show, cause the after look is terrible! Not glam, not fashionable, not anything really. The before goth look is at least a complete style
reply

The third girl looks VERY pretty dressed in pink and her bejeweled makeup. I like extreme styles whether it be goth or glam. Both are so fascinating to me.
reply

The transformed looks in my opinion look better because it looks more natural. But what they feel comfortable in also expresses their personality.
reply

Their goth looks are a work of art! They look more complex than the Barbie look. I don-t personally want goth but i respect the work that they do!
reply

I think they all looked so much nicer in their goth looks. They were just noticeably more comfortable and happy in their normal goth styles.
reply

I love them expressing their individuality we all know it won't last for very long and they'll be stuck conforming to the boring soon enough!
