Yall don’t realize how expensive it is to have a baby by any other means other than just getting pregnant and trans people are allowed to want their own kids and plan their whole transition, some not at all, so they can be their best self and achieve their dreams such as a family. It is better to have a parent whole and present above anything else and he is an outstanding example of healthy masculinity. He is going to be an amazing father and his daughter is going to be able to trust him and have difficult conversations with him BECAUSE of his transness in a different way than if your father was cisgender. I wish the best to him and his family especially now

I dont get it, if you are trying to act like a male and try to be male, why get pregnant If youre tryna fit along with being a guy and just fit in all together, why be a male That makes zero sense because males cannot get pregnant realistically speaking here, so there was technically no point in being a male because all that does is have youre appearance as a male but you then again you also have lady parts there no benefits to that

Why would a person dream of being a pregnant dad They paid for the surgeries to transition, just to get pregnant That seems very attention seeking to me. . Ok I just have to say I'm carrying the 2nd viable living fetus in history to be concieved naturally by a woman without fallopian tubes. U have more female reproductive organs than me friend. But congrats on ur new little. Either way. Please make sure ur hormones are at a healthy level as it does take female hormones to maintain a pregnancy and testosterone can have devastating effects in babys development. Sending hugs.

I know that each human being is a complex being but let’s not play semantics and pretend like men can carry a pregnancy or the reverse is true. These are trans men carrying out female designed traits as if they are interchangeable. Please don’t confuse children for entertainment purposes. We are fully aware what each gender is capable of. Be responsible & realistic.

I don’t understand why people hate on trans ppl. Is it unconventional to conceive a baby this way Sure. But regardless, they have the ability to have a baby. As long as the baby is taken care of, what’s the issue The reality is, there are people in the world who live like this. So as long as they are doing the right thing it shouldn’t be a problem.

I think i get confused. If you are a trans male, that means you a female living as a male now Then why would you want to be pregnant Women get pregnant not males. This person went through surgerical changes just to be a male but then want to be pregnant like a female. i try to educate myself but this just confuses me more.

There's lots of comments about gender here but I'm just delighted to see such a loving family. They might be a bit unconventional, but love is the greatest gift they can give this child at the end of the day.
Also, kudos to Grandma for being so supportive and wise in her advice! Everyone deserves a Granny like her!

These folks are indeed human beings and worthy of our compassion which is why it is unthinkable that folks want to celebrate their suffering. Imagine what it must be like to feel like these confused and hurt people do. To celebrate it, to normalize it is cruel. They need help not glorification.
