I worked on my speaking I improved my speaking, but my listining is not good enough to understand everything.
This is the most important to me that I wanna improve my listening but I realy don't know how.

Thanks BBC. I'm going to take the Toeic exam in this Sep. I'm a bit nervous and stressed now although I know that will be one of the wall to High scores.
