Born September 9, 1930, in La Grange, North Carolina, Frank Lucas moved to Harlem in 1946 where he entered the world of street crime. By the 1960s, he had constructed an international drug empire that spanned from New York to South East Asia. Killings, extortion, and bribery were his modus operandi. Lucas had millions in cash and property in several cities when he was busted in 1975 The really sad part is all of the people who were hooked on heroine raised their kids around it. Basically destroying two (if not more) generations. 5 years of prison time for that is a joke, no matter how many he squealed on to save his backside.

The real story of S04: E02 on Reels has him as the first Harlem gangster. That snitch couldn't carry Bumpy Smalls jockstrap. Bumpy was Harlem's first Gangster. Nicky Barnes comes in second but of course US government hate to see successful Black people. The KKK, the Italian, Jewish and Irish mob opperated with impunity. Cointel Pro went after Black ministers, Black Panthers, Black Muslims, Black Gangsters, Black Mafia Black Liberation Army, and anything else with Black people

Loyalty means everything if you live life straight, Loyalty means nothing if you are a criminal.
Frank snitched to save his life, and that's okay for me and it's normal for criminals since there are two things that criminals are loyal to anything and everyone else: their lives, and their wealth.

He pumped poison into the community for his own greed - we will see how genuine his remorse is when he is finally judged by the one no one can lie to and who sees you completely

A Legend, that does not get the credit he deserves, despite his rough past. Glad they made a film about him.
