I know they say wrestling can be dangerous to kids cause they could start playing like that and get hurt but kids aren-t dumb I was a big fan of wrestling during the attitude era my idol was stone cold Steve Austin my cousin watched WCW his idol was Goldberg since he was kinda the stone cold Steve Austin of WCW at the time it was 1997 when I started getting into wrestling but and my cousin already knew it was fake but it was entertaining but sometimes as a little kid you could sometimes think some scenes are real kids aren-t dumb of a lot of them know it-s fake it-s just they get hurt trying to play but no it-s not cause they think it-s real so they want to do it no like I said most of them know it-s fake but it looks really fun right especially when you-re on a trampoline as a little kid with your cousins you know well wrestling is gonna happen

That editor from TV guide is a pansy. We grew up playing bb gun wars. Staying out all day with lawn darts and no adult supervision. We played army. And yes we wrestled like our favorite wrestlers. We lived. had minimal injuries and had massive fun.

Okay, so I know I'm late to the undertaker retiring and doing open iinterviews party, but are they just now releasing his old interviews they shot but never released? I have never seen Mark in full attire as undertaker talking candid like that.

I just lit up watching the origin of Mr. Socko. I only ever got 1 wrestling action figure growing up. My brother got a Rock and I got a ManKind. But he came with a Mr. Socko that could be removed or put on whenever. So so cool!

To me, wrestlers are probably the most -fascinating- people to tell their story cause they live two lives. one in live reality and the other in real reality and the bizarre thing is, sometimes, you can't tell them apart

That match with The Undertaker has to be the gnarliest thing in wrestling history-wow Foley is the toughest person wrestling ever had a tooth through the nose and a separated shoulder that is freaking tough

In the words of good ol JR, it-s Mrs-s Foleys baby boy! During the attitude era, was a huge fan and I always said. I want to take a chair shot like that guy one day -.

Foleys title win, especially when combined with WCW's -butts in the seats- comment was such a big deal in the monday night wars. really showed foley's popularity

I remember Mr socko debut was definitely the highlight of my night, being under age to drink, best middle school entertainment that I needed at the time.

I love how Foley got himself noticed by jumping off a roof, then the highlight of his wrestling career was him getting thrown off an even bigger roof.

It pains me how inaccurate some tiny parts of this are. Little things, nothing major - like the mandible claw and how it works exactly. Lol

No wrestler, alive or DEAD, loved wrestling like Foley did. PERIOD. He's taken the punishment to prove it.

One of the few well known -celebrities- that deserves a lot more than he has. I wish more people were like. Foley.

RVD could take a lot of pain too. ANYWAY. Dusty and Foley made it to the top out of shape bodies. Respect
