Now Pok-mon, like a select few other games we-ve discussed in this series has ingrained itself into our pop culture, but the way Pok-mon has done this, and the extent of its reach into almost every genre of gaming is what makes it such a phenomenon. My generation was not supposed to grow old! This is all wrong!
Seriously though we're millennials the first -kid- generation? In the same way the concept of the -teen- was invented in the middle of 20th century. Was child culture invented for us? I don't think anyone would imagine us being into the same stuff that we we're into as kids as being part of our adulthood. It was all supposed to be a phase. Yet here we are.

The 640-entry national dex really shows the age of this script and dated it to Gen. V, despite the video showing Rowlet, a Gen. VII starter. During the production of this show the national dex have 721 entries.

Not to mention that the grown fans are creating their own content now, theories, fan games, fakemon, top ten lists, discussions. It's amazing.

Has Pokemon extended so far that it now has an educational arm? This honestly felt like a puff piece more than an educational episode.
