Kangaroo rats use their exceptional hearing and powerful hind legs to jump clear of rattlesnakes or even deliver a stunning kick in the face Brad: We had loads of these guys on a solar panel job I worked on in the desert in the middle of nowhere in California, they were so cute. They would hide under our stacked pallets of solar panels and breed lol. When we got to the bottom and moved the pallet, they would hop off to another hidey hole. Everybody loved seeing them

Owls are silent. I nicknamed them silent death, even high sensitive microphones couldn't pick up a 'wing flutter'. Maybe when the owl took off from a branch of a tree, but not in flight. And that sensitive hearing the rat has helps tremendously. Great video.

My female cat is my mouser, and she got a young one the other night. I woke up at 3 in the morning, and there was a dead present 3 feet from my bed.
I'm hoping my huge male will learn from her and they become a team, but he's seriously lazy.

Tragic story, my aunt had one of these as a child. My very persian great-grandmother hated it and always tried to swat them at every chance because to her they were nasty

My friend was traveling late at night around Bakersfield and she saw a bunch of them bouncing at the same time. She said they were like tennis balls!

We have these near where I live and one sniffed my finger, and I was able to touch one on the head. They don't seem to fear humans much.

Don't leave it alone for too long; it might take over the world and launch a galactic jihad killing sixty-one billion people!

Please don't compare it to ninja. They're overrated and relying to sharp weapons. Maybe a shaolin monk body and mind.
