Hi Paul! Great initiative to explain all such HVAC equipments in details.
I also request you to please put the videos of heat load, coil design, cooling tower design, pump head calculations as per the ASHRAE/ISHRAE DATA BOOKS which will help us a lot.
Thanks again a lot for the videos.
Awaiting your your positive response on the same.

I m sorry it is not criticism but i could not understand it thoroughly
Please could you make a video on complete cycle of refrigrent from compressor, expention valve and condenser which u have shown now in this video
Even more than one hour i searched in my workshop but could't understand
Make it easy please

Thanks for adding the, That's about degrees F to this video. It helps us out a lot here in the US. :) And thanks so much for your videos in general. My dad is too busy to train me in the field most days and these videos have been filling in the gaps in my hands-on training very well!

hello sir thanks for the videos.
can you make a video on how to measure chiller efficiency by compressor discharge pressure and condenser and evaporator approach.
what should be the compressor discharge pressure at 100% loading and how much approach is acceptable.

reply

Hello sir, I have one here with me here, when we start the compressors it runs for 2 second and stop and the system didn't receive gas, when I check the pressure there is high pressure in the condensing part and less pressure in the everprator, sir what is the solution.
reply

Just worth noting, the entering condenser water is always the bottom nozzle on a vessel with more than one pass and the valve highlighted after the compressor is actually a discharge check valve to mitigate the effects of surge. This cannot be specifically isolated.

So a quick question. The Heated water going to the cooling tower and Return from the Tower:
If the AHU's had heating coils as well, could they also tap into and use those water lines to run the heating coils?

Great video, well explained hope you don't mind me using your videos to show my co-workers that are getting into our field of work. Keep up the great work and up load more vids lol.

Hi sir 1 question for you
daikin water cooled chiller screw compressor
1 compressor is start but 2nd compressor not starting
would you tell me sir what can I do

reply

Thanks great as allways. Keep up the good work. Waitting for your next video. Hope you include in future videos maintenance of all components of a chillrs

is the Bottom portion u r saying thats the condensor. but actually its the evaporator right? just seen in other videos. just for the clarification am asking.

Why not to pump the refrigerant outside and use radiators with fans to cool it? It will be a closed system, guess the efficiency or cost don't match?
reply

first. oh yeah. Designing an entire HVAC system for my new 10 story building. These videos are inspiring, as i dunno jack about engineering.

Very good explanation and great use of illustrations and animations. It really helped me get a grasp on the subject. Thanks!

Just starting to delve into the topic of HVAC systems and this is a great video to clear things up. Great material.

Really BIG THANKS to you but you didn't talk about subcooler and baffle plate but the subcooler very important
