Seems very difficult to believe that the possibility of one of their $400mil+ planes getting blown to pieces wouldnt factor in to deciding what's in their financial interest -

05: 30 but Malaysian Airlines isn't from the USA, they are well, Malaysian. So I don't see why you used the FAA here and not the Malaysian equivalent. This all seems quite USA focused, while not been about the USA.
