Do not buy this brand board! These boards and the company are a joke! My dad bought 3 of these boards for him, me, and my brother to ride as a family and all 3 of the boards broke! All 3 of the batteries fried and had defects and the mother board box broke right off of the boards and when my dad contacted the company about it everywhere he could think of the company just never replied or replaced the batteries or anything else! There are thousands of videos on these boards but none never showing anyone with a working board after the first-year or so! Why? Because the boards do not last for anyone that rides them steadily for a year! So if you don't want a board that will 100% brake the first couple months. or maybe even brake in the first couple weeks. DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD! YOU CAN SEE THE BATTERY DEFECTS AT.

My kool wheel is defestifive and the remote disconnected as I was going down a tremlously hudge hill. I have scars all over my body because of koolwheels malfunctions. Had to pay thousands In lazer gensiset just to still look scared. #KoolwheelDidMeDirty I wish they would actually take me serious on the phone and give me another one.

Mine broke after a week. Problem is there is no customer service and theres no way to buy replacement parts for it! The motherboard broke on mine and now im stuck with a 700 non electric longboard!

Swap the Samsung 22P cells for Samsung 20R cells. You get around the same range but no voltage sag because the Samsung 20R cells can take 22A per cell instead of 10A per cell.
