i was digging thur few video i happen find 5v 6581 chip boost amp to headphone jack
u normally find them in comment 64 i was wondering if u could use that chip 6581 to make headphone loudness
making headphone louder it does help me hear music or videos because a lot of videos so quiet that i cant hear them and they dont have sub on they videos n it just stresses me out that i cant anything below 100db im hard of hearing
i can hear ur video just fine n my volume is set full n 2nd your video have sub i like that n alway give it
i like ur ideas

wouldn't it be better to free the usb-c and use the 3. 3v from the mic's phantom power instead?
EDIT:
it wouldn't be that much of a help with your enclosure design since it covers the usb-c slot anyway, but if someone decides to copy this but using a 3. 5mm jack with wire extension it would definitely free up the usb-c slot

Love the video!
Is there a way to determine the maximum current that a speaker can deliver before clipping without driving it?
Would you be able to create a video to design a simple blinking circuit for a 12V system for LEDs?
Thanks!

if you have not enough volume in audiobooks (low signal level) and not the weak dac amp you can simply create EQ profile and make maximum level on all freq. Did that to laptop and movies (that for some reason quieter than all other sounds)

I would design the other way round. You set the base voltage to about 50% of Vcc. Vb is then 0. 7V lower. Ie = then Vb/Re. Ic is about the same as Ie, and you can calculate a suitable Rc. The amplification of this circuit is approximately Rc/Re.

I've been in loud bands for a huge portion of my life and all of the phones I had pumped plenty of volume as long as I wasn't playing a mp3 64 bitrate which I wouldn't amplify anyway so I use 320 bit songs for mp3 or even large wav files.

Well thankyou for making this i learn alot from your video tomorrow i will trying to make that amplifier for my earphones. Sir can you provide us a clear circuit picture as well as list of components required for making this.

the LM3886 amplifier in combination with NE5532 preamp with tone setting potentiometers is pretty good.
and i wouldn't buy a class A amp like this. i would make it way better (but still bad efficiency)

Perhaps a VCA would be better for this. You could normalize the volume of all audiobooks to a predefined level this way at the expense of a little dynamic range compression (not a problem with audiobooks.
