i realy want to win the oscilloscoop reason: im in my last year of my study at the HMC in amsterdam its all about working with wood and making cabnits but for my end exam project im building a cabnit for my younger brother for his tv to stand on. i came to the idea to put led underneed it with wled. wy i want to win this is i love to thinker around in diy projects and learn stuff like arduino some times i hoped that i had a scope so i could check some stuff but its out of my price range now i have to check it with my multimeter what far from ideal is. after i finish my school this year i going to a school to learn software and small electronics and it would give me a head start in my next advanture. good luck every one that are patispating

Why do I need an oscilloscope?
I do electronics as my hobby for now and I wanna be an electrical engineer in the future. I am really having problems with doing AC circuits or even something that needs a specific function though since I don't have either a scope or a function generator. A scope with a function generator would help me step up my game as an electronics enthusiast. It is also really hard getting my hands on such a scope since they are really expensive, I am a student and I don't really make much money for such an expensive tool. I hope I wasn't too annoying.

Why do I need an oscilloscope?

My 13-year-old son both work on electronic projects from raspberry pi to ESP8266 and more custom boards and more. However because I'm on disability I am not able to buy as much a hardware or tools that we require for making our projects. My son just loves this kind of stuff and he is in the steam classes at school loves building robots electronics and more I would love to be able to give him in a scope I just know he can do great things and a scope would make it that much easier.

I'm a recent electrical engineering graduate and have been creating my own lab bench over the past 4 years as a result of the projects I've done. From the electric longboard to my own bench top power supply I've done in the past, I'm looking to take on more complex projects and an oscilloscope would be an amazing tool to aid that vision. Thanks for all the killer content as well!

I love retro-consoles and maintain/repair them all by myself. Currently my equipment mainly consists of an LCR-meter as well as a 30 diy-oscilloscope, which is quite not that much of a joy to use: D With the oscilliscope I could work much more efficient as well as working on higher-end consoles. Due to the limited max-freq/precision/max-trace-length of my diy-oscilloscope: D

I dont have the most important thing while debuging my own projects and projects for my university, latest problem L298N did not had the right outputs and when we are talking about higher frequencies my multimeter is just unusable. Would love to get one of those, it would help me a lot with my future projects and repairs.

I need a osciloscope because i'm a beginner in electronics. I would to have a osciloscope to improve, and to facilitate my studies in electronics, to see the phenomena more closely, in graphics. I am from brasil, and here this tools are so, so expansive, i swear. I don't have enough resources to get one of this.

incase if you found my comment after reading 1607 comments then I would like to say that I am a hobbiest and a software engg. by professions but I like electronics and having a oscilloscope is one of my college dreams. I not going to create a rocket with it but it will help me learn electronics and build microcontroller based circuits. thats all.

I am an electrical & electronics engineering student in 1st semester, I need an oscilloscope for learning the behaviour of the circuits & for my projects. I am from India and here rote learning is considered the path to future, so no-one is understanding the need for having a oscilloscope. it will be very helpful if you provide me one.
