Unravel the rope and then weave the fibers into a parachute. The knife will be useful with cutting the fibers to length and for making the final hems nice and clean.
.
Anyways, I came up with the stated answer, but it was a good 7-minute head scratcher!
.
Careful sizing of the loop in the upper line, and placement of a stopper knot in the 100-meter loop can make descent of the 100-meter loop somewhat safer. The idea is to prevent slippage of the 100-meter loop during downclimbing because it would be difficult to load both sides of the loop equally during the entire descent. The climber could favor the unstoppered side when they get tired, and tie a non-jamming knot between the strands to sit/stand and rest for a bit. Even with careful attention, the plan is very dubious considering the risks of fatigue and rope wear.

I've had a think and come up with this. I'll look at your solution after I've given you mine.
You have a knife so that means that you can cut the rope.
The rope is 150m. and you need to do 100m twice.
So.
Cut the rope into 100m and 50m.
Tie a small loop to one end of the 50m rope and tread the 100m rope 'half way' through it.
This will give you a 100m rope. the bottom 'half' being a 'double rope'.
Climb down half way and attach one end of the 'folded' 100m rope to the hook
Then pull the 100m rope free of the 50m rope.
You now have the 100m you need to get to the ground.
EDIT
Forgot to mention. You don't have a tape measure
so to get 100m and 50m you lay the rope out and 'fold it' into 3.

My idea was to tie the rope around the the knife, then put knife inside the hook (1st problem with my logic is that the hook needs to be smaller than the length of knife, then you create tension on the rope so knife is stuck in the hook (think of a grappling hook, descend down the rope, then lose tension on the rope and let the rope fall down under the weight of knife >< hahaha you need to catch and repeat the process to get down from second hook. 2nd problem with my solution is that you need to catch rope with the knife falling onto you from 50 meters lol.

You can walk away with the full rope intact. You only need 100m of rope, tie the rope around your waist with the remaining 50 meters, and put the rope over the hook. Then grab the rope with hands and feet holding yourself up and gradually letting yourself go done. When at the second hook let go of the rope and pull it down. Again place the rope around the hook grab hold of the rope and let yourself go down gradually. On the ground untie the rope around your waist and walk away with a 150m rope intact.

I tie one end of the rope to the hook on top of the building, then I go down with the help of the rope to the 100 m ledge and tie the other end of the rope to the second hook. Now I go up on the rope and reach the midpoint at 150 m along the building. There I cut the rope. 50 m of the rope will remain tied at the hook on the top, the other 100 m of the rope will hold me and let go down safely. The solution given in the video is much more safe, mine is like the -Mission Impossible- solution -

There is a knot called a sheepshank used in sailing and mountaineering where you can tie the knot and cut the central strand. As long as the rope is under tension it won't slip. When you reach the landing, a flip of the rope will release the tension and the rope will fall down. You will only lose about a foot of rope that will remain tied to the first hook. Repeat the procedure and you can reach the ground and walk away with approximately 148 feet of rope.

What if we tie a knot and directly try to hook it in the second hook, then rest the other side from the up hook. By this. We will have 100 mtr rope (from down hook to up hook, now through the open end. Go down and then grab the other side of the rope from the middle. And then u will end up 50 mtr and just swing with the rope(i mean u will kind off fall but not down coz u r holding the rope). And then slide down rest 50 Mtrs.
I hope u guys got the idea -

My solution: Use the entire 150m to go down to the 2nd ledge. Then, make sure the rope is straight while securing it to the 2nd hook, leaving about 50m dangling. Then, tie yourself with the 50, climb up until you can't reach anymore, then cut the rope, dropping you about 50m below the 2nd hook. You should have 100m left, and that's what you use to go down. Kind of wild though lol, but it works!

Another easy solution is to cut the rope to two pieces: 98 meters and 52 meters. tie the 52 meter rope on the 2nd hook and swing your ass like a monkey to head towards the tree nearby. Trees, I observe are usually around 20 meters high. So, 48 - 20 = 18 meters. Swing towards the leaves, and there you go. Problem solved.

Go down the first 100 mts, and when on the ledge, split the rope in half, tie a knot and you have another 100 mts. or.
Tie the knife to the hook in such a way that you can manoeuvre the rope onto it and cut it when you get to the midway ledge, giving yourself plenty of rope to make it the rest of the way.

Option 2, tie a 1-2 foot long loop in the top of the rope at the hook. Go down to mid ledge. Snap rope till it unhooks itself. Loop into second hook and continue down. This has the added benefit of allowing you to knot the rop itself to make it much easier to climb down without slipping and dying.

Unnecessary and complex method. Just tie the rope to first hook and get down. After reaching second hook, tie the rope again to second hool. Now climb up through the rope towards first hook and untie it. With the help of rope in your hand, try to land on the first floor and then to ground safely

you failed! if you make a knot at the lower end of the 50m rope you will reduce the length of 50m rope since some of 50m rope will be used by knot and if you double the 100m rope afterwards you will not be able to reach below since the length of above 50m rope is not 50 anymore.

You should remove -safely- from the puzzle. Climbing down with a double rope through a loop doesn't feel very safe. You will have to hold both ropes of the double rope very tight or it will just slide through the loop and you will fall down for the remaining length of the rope.

I got a funnier way. Tie the 150m rope to the first hook. Climb down and tie the other end to the second hook. Then climb back up 50m, take a good swing and cut the rope while holding to the bottom part. You'll tangentially get to the floor. Enjoy the ride.

If you tie the rope ends together you can loop it around the top hook and reach the second hook. Then just untie the rope and pull it to the second hook and tie it up again the same way. And when you get to the bottom you can untie the rope and keep it.

We can only solve our problems when we are at the precipice of destruction.
If you were on that roof, with that rope and that hook and that knife, and the building was on fire.
You-d be amazed at how quickly you would have a viable solution.

my plan was to nail the knife between hoow 1 and 2, to be able to bend the rope in two and go to the second hook, if the rope is 150m, i will get a 75 meters long rope if i bend it, which is more than enough to go from hook 1 to the knife

Tie the knife to one end of the rope and use it to keep the rope on the top from slipping through the hook. Lower yourself down. Then ease up tension on the rope and the weight of the knife will bring the rope down to you through the hook.

My approach
Tie the rope at the first hook
Reach down till the second hook
Tie it there
Climb to the first hook
Cut the rope a few meter below the first hook
Take the help of gravity to reach the ground

You don't have to cut the rope at all. Ty the ends together and put it over the hook on the top ledge crawl down to the second ledge untie the rope and then tie it to the second hook in the same manner and climb down

2: 30 -To ensure safety, just tie two ends of the bigger rope-
No, it doesn't work. The knot will not add any safety: once you hold only one side of the rope, the knot will move up and you will fall down.

1. Take out cell phone.
2. Call for help on cell phone.
3. Wait for help.
That is the most logical solution if you do not wish to brake or destroy any property like a door or window.

Alternatively: Cut the rope lengthwise instead of crosswise. You now have two ropes, each of them 150m. Tie them together at the ends, climb down. You can even recover the rope using this method.

Most climbing ropes you can buy are 50m to 80m long, if you have the chance to get your hands on a 150m one in good condition, this is not something you would like to cut down, just saying.

My answer is instead of cutting the rope and create the loop with 150 meter rope and use it from top to middle. And the. Use the knife to cut it or untie the loop to get the full rope back.

Doesn't knots consume 1-3 meters? With the 50meter rope you're making 2 knots at top and to hang 100 m one, doesn't both add upto sum 3 meter to knot! So total lenth will be 97m (47+50 )

What if the main door is closed you can still walk to middle floor
You can just walk down to the middle floor and then go through the window and then use rope on the hook

dude, i'm so darn bad at guessing i'd probably cut the rope into 4x100m pieces despite only beeing 150m long.
I'd prefer taking the fire stairs at the back of the building.
