I love my friends and I'd die for them, I don't have many people I actually consider my friends so those who I do consider friends are extremely close to me and I do love all of them. My family situation is definitely not great, and a huge reason I have so many messed up views of topics such as love, depression, and violence, as well as the reason my interests are what they are. To me, the few family members that expected nothing from the Ten year old I was when everything began to change are the most important people in my life. They let me believe in love, but not just the previous too, the Romantic movie love I've idolized since my childhood, and though now Im Twenty, I still hope for that type of romantic experience, I have little experience in that department due to commitment issues and the lack of interest in people due to the immaturity that is rampant in my age group. This video helped me understand that my Romantic relationship I desire from the films I grew up with and allowed to shape my identity to what it is today are indeed possible and that all I have to do is hope someone can love me for who I am, and in return I can treat them the way I always desired to treat my significant other and live a life like my favorite characters did, in the romantic sense of course.

Because my second and current boyfriend/partner has been the only person I've been in a long-term, committed relationship with, I feel like I've found myself seeing him in nearly all of these types of love except the first one (it's not like we didn't have a honeymoon phase. It was more like huh, I didn't realize that this person could end up having such a strong impact on my life. Be it, we've been dealt a unique set of cards since we met online and he's 5 years younger than me (and has a disability, but somehow, we've managed to make things work for 8 years. So to anybody who says that none of these types of love are meant to last, perhaps that just goes to show less of what actually works and more of who you've chosen to spend your time with. Love is love, and everyone on this earth has a right to experience love in a way that makes you feel good about yourself

Took me 4 months for 1 to 7 but not even a whole month to go from 7 to 1. Ironic isn't it. Maybe my rel was all on my shoulders and as soon as I stopped trying hard it fell apart really quick. Man I really wish we could stop at 7 but idk why I had accepted for a while that it aint gonna work out and as plato said reality is a creation of our mind, maybe I brought this upon myself and I am responsible wholely for this reality. But I just wanted to know if she would try as hard as i do always if the time comes. I have my answer, but at what cost? Maybe dont ask things youre not ready to hear the answer for.

My grandparents reached the ultimate lvl. Over 50 years together, still holding hands. They love to spend time with us, but when everyone leaves. I think that's when they feel happiest. They were getting frisky - well - till my pops had his hip replacement earlier this year. And honestly, how great is it knowing that when u turn 80 there's still a chance! I think it's both adorable and admirable. Sadly it's the only marriage to last in my entire family so far.

self love does not last- ask people who have commited suicide. The unconditional love of God is what lasts. why? cause he doesn't expect you to work for him to love you, nor does he expect anything in return. In fact you can't stop him from loving you nor can you sin against him enough for him to stop loving you! If ur good or bad, he loves the both equally. He's always thinking lovely thoughts about you! not how to punish you or destroy you!

Nice video, yet Sternberg is only one of many opinions on love. Passion is not romance, passion can be related to shared religious beliefs, ideas, hobbies or even clanning
Also, this love is something everyone strives for, tell that to a generation that has been out of touch with humanity through a decade of social media addiction. I wished those videos would direct their attention to inhuman social media addicted youngsters.

well, something that I once before thought, was, my viewpoint on love, was skewed, and one sort of thing, possibly almost ruined it, until I talked to someone about it, and, they said that it was just due to them not wanting to hurt people, physically or emotionally, but, after somethings, things were fixed, and other things would have to be dealt with, but I think things will be great

I watch this type of videos, because, well, i am curious. Idk know whats wrong with me, maybe i am the weirdest person in the world, because, i don't really feel love, or empathy. I. I don't really know whats wrong with me. I never feel, and its seems that I will never feel something emotional in the future too.
Can you help me? Or maybe just telling me why am I like that.

Your video contains a publicity representing 13% of the video. That's a lot!
You start a commercial publicity at 2: 31 and it stop around 3: 32. This make the commercial 1 minutes long.
1 minutes long out of a 7: 39 minutes is 13%.
Please. try to not monetize with in-video publicity. I thought you were trying to help people, not scam them!

My husband and I had a double suicide attempt back when we were merely bf/gf. I wanted to commit suicide and he loved me so much he didn't want to live without me so he did it with me. I'm now disabled and thankfully he isn't. He's now my loving caretaker & we're closer than ever. Our love is definitely the 7th one.

I dont agree with this
Love lasts forever
You choose to live in that dimension with that specific person or not
Love and relationship are different things. You have intimacy, commitment, passion, but also traumas, inner journey. all that adds to love. Those are social earth concepts.
Love is multidimensional.

Can you make a video that tells any hints if you have disability or an ability and tips on how to control it? For example, I have severe ADHD, and it's super hard for me to control it. And people keep getting the best of me and I can't take it for much longer. Is there any way I can control it better?

I wil totally make use of this Triangle theory of types of love now! I definitely have almost fallen into Empty Love a couple of times when a previous passionate and intense relationship ended and I just wanted anything with better commitment. Thanks!

I love how your sponsor has a natural flow into it. Seriously, no shade, but actual respect. I actually listened instead of skipped it AND showed my bf because I thought it had a good introduction. :) Keep up all your hard work in your videos!

What's interesting is when you and your partner KNOW that you're like the third relationship and KNOW you don't want to be the other's life partner, but still have a strong and stable relationship. That's the relationship I'm in. Anyone else?

Can you do a video on Things You Say That Reveal a Lot About Your Personality? Because I have my own kind of catchphrases and itd be interesting to know how they relate to me, and also I like these type of personality-revealing videos.

I met my gf online. We spent lotta time trying to knw each other, but it ended in confusion on who she really is and felt I didn't know her. Not sure if we even fit or would do well togher. I might never know, only imagine it.

I feel like companionate love can also last a lifetime! Maybe or maybe not as a romantic relationship idk, but as close friends that almost seem like family? Heck yeah that can last a lifetime
reply

Intimacy is what makes long distance relationships so hard. I could handle the distance becuase I was looking towards the future, but my partner wanted me there and now. It just couldn't work.
reply

I will be making use by sharing this information with everyone i know -
As well as my already strong need to ward off threats associated with, or opposing it.
Thank you.
Saved.

Love thyself, so you can project that out onto your long term significant other. If both do that, then the forms of love are easier to attain. My friends, love yourselves.
reply

The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. If you can accomplish that, your other relationships are more likely to thrive
reply

Now I know I'm feeling something like a companionate love for a person. It was like oh, I know I love you, but don't know exactly in what terms to talk about it
reply

The problem with the English language is that we only have one word for love whilst others have different words that mean other types of love
