Do you tend to get lost in life and start living it in a state where you feel like nothing is changing? Do you feel like you're just basically repeating the same things every day without actually progressing towards your life goals? Its normal to feel like you are stuck, and thats okay. The important part is taking action whenever you feel like things are not going the right way, or not going at all. In this video, we'll be addressing a few small, but life changing habits that you might consider implementing to change your life and have a healthy lifestyle! Previously, we also made a video on the harmful habits that might damage your brain

At about 37 seconds you say nowadays life is primarily focused (or was it centered) on working a good old 9-5 job. Ive attached a link to show that 6% of the UK population works 9-5. I found another link to show that around 8. 3% of the US population works 9-5. Now I havent watched the rest of your video so far, but really just to let you know that shift work has its own set of stresses and challenges, as does staying at home, part time work, and being too disabled to work (this isnt an inclusive list, so its probably best not to assume that everyone works in a 9-5 job.
Whilst psychological factors can help us feel better about things, its really important to take psychosocial factors into consideration, otherwise we can just feel worse about ourselves through overdosing on toxic positivity, and not acknowledging the social inequalities and others factors which impact on how we feel.
Anyway, now Ill watch the rest of your video. Im neurodiverse, autistic with adhd to be precise, so it could be that this sort of fact checking isnt needed by others with more typical neurology. But for me it makes me twitchy.
Good luck.

For the 80/20 Pareto principle, it also means that 80% is done in the first 20% of the time, and the remaining 20% of the task is what takes 80% of the time
Thus, don't feel bad about leaving something imperfect. It takes 4x more time to go from 80 to 100 than what it took to go from 0 to 80
When talking about tasks that take the same amount of time, it also means that with 100% of your time for one task you can either do it to completion, or complete 5 tasks to 80%
For example, if you have an hour, and 5 rooms to clean that each take an hour, you can clean one room to 100% and feel like you're stagnating after 12 minutes, or you can spend 12 minutes in each room and clean them all to 80%, and end up feeling like you've done so much in an hour

. while you get ready for the day. - Well, I do like to sleep and have free time, so a morning rountine is something I don't have the time for! I'd have to get up earlier to do more than shower, put on clothes and leave and with working almost 9 hours (and the daily commute, not to mention the beloved lunch-break (I'd rather leave earlier than have that, but German law forbids you from simply continuing to work -. -) so I am away from home for 10 hours and I sleept about 7 at the very least, so not much free time left (7 hours if you take into account that I get up about 1 hour before work. yeah, not a lot of time for a routine, considering that I have to cook and clean a bit, too: (

I genuinely don't understand number one. Write down three things I'm grateful for?
Ever, in my whole life? That happened this week? This day? Things I did, or things that happened to me? Or things I caused to happen? And grateful how? I can't think of even one right now.

As usual, your advice is timely and useful - thanks. One small point - as a retired person, I would like to be included, instead of just those working and going to school. It would make me feel less invisible. Although either way, Ill continue to listen and follow your advice.

While i find this video extremely helpful in getting a basic structure around a day. I find that I am not too active during the first half of my day and relatively more peoductive during later half. So i am looking for a routine around that

I firmly believe that 80% of our success comes from 20% of our work bcoz if u were put it in academic life. we go to our school everyday learning new stuffs but that doesnt really necessary for what u want in ur life someday

Can you make a habit routine video for people with graveyard shifts, and also people who work and study. I have been struggling with my evening and morning routine for a year now
reply

I love that you talk about implementing these slowly. It helps me realize that Implementing a new habit even once or twice a week. It helps even if it's not daily.
reply

Thank you for your advice.
Hits right on target.
I feel better now just thinking about doing those five things.
Mahalo Nui Loa! Brilliant!

Generally, you have good videos, but this one is simply not practical. If you check it yourself with your skeptical hat on, you'll see what I mean.
reply

This was sweet, simple and contained a bit of a surprise. I think I might have put an emphasis on teeth care over skin care. Its all good.

Also, if you're in elementary school, just realize that bullies are the powerless ones. Not you, so stand up.

Amazing content. This is true for all of your videos. Seems you have done enough research. Thanks a lot.
