Thnx furs triggering precious memories blasts frum da pasts found out bouts dat water issue hardcore style years back really shocked the medical staffers attending to me that summer collapse they were so amazed by the sludge they collected frums me furs tests wot not but also looking back on the years when a tent was my only shelter was oddly satisfying comparatively to this civilization currently this crowds so noisey & the proximity feels so hemmed in kinda reminds me o all the times wasted locked up for foolish reason skittish people why do they takes their fears out on me so aggressively at moments jus cause i behaves unlike wot they're comfortable wits really was i put in this world only furs their convenience comforts to menial tasks o their bidding reality kinda tells me other options are available & yeah buddy probably used that gaming chair furs more than decorating the room funny don't has that nagging sensations wit the planing stuff & things attempted multiple times never got it to stick this wild crowds gots so many they force my ways jus fell into the flow haven't really considered pushing back wits doing the planing bit plus results vary when wurkin wits others schemes shenanigans already in motion maybe I'll enjoys sitting back watching things go maybe soon I'll b able to git back to trekking rounds again while I'm able if i can gits some solar charging tech for my fone & gameboi almost like wayback when those whirrs the only devices i hads well minus the solar contraption kinda back then had to finds outlets the authorities founds me to engrossed in the gaming they could sneak up on me to punish me for using the public park at the rong times so it's dark & jus me myself & i we ain't sucha proper crowd to has access to the outlets yeah if i could improve a bit yeah gits me a sources o energies they can't readily faults me for useages but who knows maybe their bad business stuffs things odd end bits will find me take up space is wasteful they'll finds something to imprison me furs force crap food force crap pills this world is too crowded wit bad business but I'm not all that physically fit to flys off this rock o would it kill me to finds a breakaway from the strain o gravity pressure o atmosphere to b released oo sojourneys

Lmao, my anxiety filled self FELT number 2. After a panic attack Im drained of energy. And its usually before my work shift so I barely get through work. Thankfully I learned the wonders of regulating your breathing when I was young. In middle school we had a choice activity for the second half of lunch. I always picked yoga. And this teacher was certified, taught in her younger days. So when she found out i had anxiety she taught me this: always let your stomach push out when you exhale. It seems weird, I know. But it actually secretly taught me mindfulness (which I never realized until I was in high school. Thanks, teach) After that lesson I was laser focused on my stomach, making sure I was breathing correctly which calmed me and, in turn, made my breathing naturally slow down and deepen. I tried meditation for a bit but quit after a while, but I still carried over what I learned from my day to day life! For anyone wondering if meditation actually works, it does! I only did it for a month and it taught me things I needed to know sooner! Thanks for bringing it up, Phsyc2Go!

I totally agree with tearjerkers because I haven't watched any harry potter since I was born so I wanted to watch the full series of harry potter. I just finished watching Harry Potter series couple of weeks ago and i just finished the full series in one week that had very bad impact on my daily routine I was only thinking about harry potter from the start of the day till I get to bed. I was only thinking harry potter stuff and my future that I can't even concentrate on my exams it just made a complete dead body even though I was completely fine physically I was completely drowned mentally that i even questioned myself why am i alivethank you psych2go I was just thinking that I have some metal illnesss I found out what's the real problem thank you very much

The moment l saw the first one, l just went Naah, yknow what? Maybe l'm better off tired. Nothing's making me give up rewatching Rainbow Quest nor Doctor Who. And, even if l did, l also create emotional stories in my head while trying to fall asleep, washing the dishes, on the bus, at class. Yeah, l just can't stop overloading myself with emotions.

very interesting. for me the big one is water. tiny bit of sloughing. i do accountability coaching and one client texts me his To Do list for the day and let's me know when something got done and i text him different kinds of celebration gifs. maybe get a friend to celebrate your To Do list check off with you. and put water on the list: -)

I very rarely have enough energy to do anything. I would just rather sit around watching videos or playing games on my devices. I live on 40 acres of dirt so I go outside when I feel like taking a walk or just spending time with the horses. These videos inspire me so much. Thx Psych2Go for all the inspiration!

EDIT: Sadly none of these sound like a good idea to turn into a habit to help me sleep. dang guess it's back to trying exercise, my old nemesis
