I am suffering from ptsd and depression, and this is one of the hardest lesson I need to learn.
I often do not know how to handle it. How do I express it? How do I let it out? What ways might be wrong?
In my younger ages, I did make it up by myself. Telling no one and was cutting myself to forgot my negative feelings.
Now I am at a point, where I don't really know how to express or handle it. But I do want to show it, because I know it is important.

I justo gotta say that, I allways say that things to My crush and I gave her so many gifts and cookies and besides we Have like a weird way of talking to each other, 'cause it's like, we just Stare at each other for a few minutes in class or breakfast and we blink like, comunicating
And I mean I gave her a cart that I wrote for her telling her how much I like her and that I was going to miss her (cause I moved from where I lived) and that I love her and I don't know-how how she will respond -_-

Slight story but when in 5th grade I was walking around the grass area and this girl came up to me and said she liked me, keep in mind Ive never meet this person in my life. So I just go oh, ok. Looking back I think it was just a dare someone did but Ill not forget that for about 3 years. Or at least until someone brings up this topic again.

It confirmed that I was really interested in that someone I was wondering about but also that she's probably not really interested in me, feeling sad because it was the first time I felt something more than a slight crush but it's life I guess. I got plenty more things to experience but heart doesn't feel ok rn
