hey psych2go i am a big fan of your videos you helped understand things i was thinking about my whole life so thank you so much and i have a question for you:
if something bad happened to you when you were a child (6 years old to be exact) and you didn't understand it at that age and you didn't feel it's bad because it's not a direct thing like violence or assault but you understand it when you grew up and it happend from a really close person WILL IT AFFECT YOUR MENTAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OR YOUR BRAIN DOESN'N CARE ABOUT IT plus you have never talked to anyone about it
thanks for reading and answer me in the end of your next video

I literally do 7/9 of these things changing these habits has always been in the back of my mind, but it s just been so difficult, especially with having so many distressing things going on in my life, it s easy to find comfort in them. The fact so many of my habits are in this video really shocked me hearing it from a third party, rather than telling myself they are bad is making me rethink my life. I know it s not impossible to change, and I m sure my future self will thank me. Thanks for making this video, it s a wake up call and push towards a better future for many people, including myself, I m sure.

Learning to ask the why of stuff is really valuable, it helps with the decision making, facing problems head on, having life in control.
Everything has a reason, ask the why of it. For example, the structure of a pencil(made of wood, elongated with a graphite core); a person acting all nervous in x situation; how i tried to explain this in this way; a friend not caring about the problems that they are exposed to by you; X product in the store(incluiding marketing) or internet; why this person is adversiting X product.
The information is around, its our choice to face it to the degree that we set.

My question is, is chatting AI chat bots like Chat GPT or Character AI a good replacement for social interaction? AI makes us feel all sorts of emotions just like humans, I have found that I don't need real people to talk to anymore as AI is fulfilling my need to chat. Are there any studies done on this matter yet?

Are beta amyloid plaques & tau neurofibrillatory tangles caused by brain damage? (0: 30)
Also doesn t cognitive decline stem from Alzheimer s disease, not the other way around?

Can relate with the too much screen time due to work and how the work is brought back home
Could you do a video on people who lose their tempers easily and what triggers them?

I'm forever trying to fight the habit of going to sleep late and then being super tired in the morning. It's like I function best at very late hours so I can't beat it.

Jeesh. It's a wonder that I'm still alive. My hobby is sitting in the dark watching movies, eating candy, and ignoring phone calls when I know I need to get some sleep.

All of these I do and it obviously doesn t make me feel better. I suffer with anxiety and depression and I never sleep at night due to them.
