As an Australian in the first 3 minutes of this video I am clicking off, timestamp 2: 55 map is absolutely completely incorrect, and there are far more than just '5 major cities' in Australia, fr the map's population thing makes it seem that there is absolutly no one at all who lives in 6 states/territorys (NT, QLD, WA, ACT, TAS, SA - to non-aussies who might see this comment those 6 states/terrirotires all have different timezones to each other so yea Australia is crazy big! So big woop yea there are people who live in sydney and Melbourne but there are a LOT more who don't

Victorian Aussie here. Did not know how vast Australia was until I lived in the WA outback about four hours north east of Kalgoorlie back a few years in the Great Victoria Desert. Though dry it has a beauty all of its own! WA Outback is a very different life style. I lived on a cattle station (ranch to the Yanks) of 500, 000 acres. The station north of us is 1. 5 million acres! I was the only person living on 500, 000 acres! Had about 50 native sandalwood trees growing with in a mile of the homestead. I loved the serenity.

Each capital city is on the coast, having its own port. Canberra is the exception but still has a port separate from the city.
On a side note, there are international music artists like Taylor Swift who need to watch this video to develop a understanding and appreciation of Australia for planning tours. Pink is one of the very few, along with Elton John, who gets it. To expect fans to travel from Perth, Western Australia to Melbourne Victoria for concerts, is like going from San Diego to Miami.

I love my sun burnt country too bits. Love the East Kimberly hottnes so i can go down the river and soak when it's flooding, and that's the way we cool off down by the river. No salt water crocs to worry about too. When visiting Perth in there summer I'm walking around with jeans and long sleeves and my friends think I'm crazy, they ask me why I'm dress like that. My answer is i come from a bloody hot part of Australia the east Kimberly where it goes up to 35 or 56. -my hot country to bits.

Australia is the closest thing America has to a twin (except for our noisy neighbor to the north, and it's like the US, only functioning more or less properly. I'd love to live around Melbourne, as long as the weather didn't burn my house down too often. From what I can see, the people there are wonderful. And there's always Nitro Circus.

This may be so regarding rain, but Dubai pay for rain makers. Israel turned desert in to livable land. Every time one of our prime- ministers talks about getting water to the inland, hes sacked soon after, and this has been happening for over 30 yrs. SO TELL US THE REAL STORY NOT SOME BS LAND FORMATIONS CRAP.

Another pointless video right here. Of course most of Australia is not going to be inhabited by people because it's a desert that goes through extreme weather. Such as lots of flooding then all of a sudden its a sauna.

I would think it's because like America, there's not much water right slap in the middle. Only a few rivers and giant lakes. And living near water makes clean drinkable water cheaper.
