TMI warning but does anyone get a whole bunch of diahrrea when they get super stressed like when I have mental breakdowns I cant eat anything that day cuz food goes right through me. It goes like this:
stresses
gets diahrrea and cant eat cuz Im stressed
gets stressed about trying not to stress so I can eat
gets stressed about that fact that I cant stress without getting the shits

Im currently stressing over my future plans! Rhis virus ourbreak has caused internal family struggles! then my sister gets pregnant a second damn time, with my dad already out of work because no planes are flying, im stressing over a girl i wanna meet at my favorite restaurunt im worrying she won't be there! Im stressing over a lit of stuff, today i feel very weak!

I am a basketball player, i have a problem before every match, every sort of adredaline i start to feel sick and start vomiting, if somebody feels the same or know some way to fix that let me know

this video is so true, Its been 2 years im in very stressful situation the end is near to this nightmare I have been through lol but the closer Its the more symptoms in my body show

In general, any kind of movement is very good against stress. Consider going for a walk / sporting regularly to calm down. It does not have to be exhausting to calm and refresh you.
