while this is a wonderful video, it is not completely true. You cannot prove something is bad does not mean it is good. and there is a reason why the FDA only allows a small dose of preservatives. In my personal experience, I am allergic to some foods with preservatives (bloating, gas. while these symptoms do not really mean they are bad, it means my body does not like it. so saying preservatives do not have effects can be a bit misleading

Kudos for the video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Millawdon Enemy Foods Trick (search on google? It is an awesome one off product for learning how to detox the body from toxins minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy at very last got astronomical success with it.

Aussie here. Over in the land down under we like things to be natural. Generally natural stuff is better for ya than the artificial stuff. So if you eat natural preservatives they should be better.

No, preservatives aren't good for your health. Like palm oil is bad for you and environment because they have to cut down palm trees to produce the palm oil and that less to deforestation

TLDW:
1. Watch the video it's literally 5 minutes.
2. Preservatives are not bad if you don't eat a lot of preserved foods.
3. If you're concerned ask a doctor.

Please change your speaking style. It's monotonous and ruining a rather interesting subject by making it painfully boring to follow
