I am a over thinker i think alot
I think that each person i meet in my day either he is a begger a, old man, a shopkeeper, or even the people passing on street they all have the same life as me they all have their goals their secrets their interests, there hobies but we all are running in the same time and i think all these peoples enjoyed or not enjoying there past years they also had memories they also has a favourite song a crush ar alot about then means if i invest my whole life to understand a person's life it will be only one life i may or may not understand but there are around 8 billion of those stories on earth and they all are connected if i am using this phone to type someone has made the software someone in company has assamble the phone the parts were made somewhere else the metal, and raw material has come from a place by mining and then purified to make pure metal and that ore was also extracted in a time in past.
So there are thousands of people included to make my phone. Ant not just phone everything the ideas in our mind is mostly come by watching movies and webseries in young age and we built a mindset about things by watching what some people may want to show us like i never visited any country but i have a mindset about countries like this country is poor this country has racism this country don't like people from other countries but where these thoughts come from they built or feeded to us by these entertainment industries. And i always got lost in past time memories when i am free. But why just why why i remember certain things from past and not all, i also feel fomo means the world is so big i can't even went to each and every road of my city till now so how will I be able to know the whole world there is very little i explored, i will eventually die but I will be not able to visit everywhere in world, so much of beauty, knowledge, people will be unseened bu me for the whole life, so I will miss out alot but i can't see them all and i can somehow in future i can't see everyone's house because there are so many i will defenetely miss out alot and also if i select a profession and if i am not made for it there are thousands of professions how will I know it is mine and all professions and hoobies have there own community so I can't be part of every community as I don't have enough tine like Elon Musk has knowledge of space, automobiles, human biology but does he know what hobbies i know no, because he has no time for it and there are so many things to do in world that we all will miss out in my country there is no baseball so what if i can be a great baseball player in future but i can't even play it for once in my whole life what if a person who can give theory of everything or do big invention for humans is passing his life as beggar or a small person and never get opportunity to learn all these and study, maybe in past there are millions of Einstein we lost because they don't get education for there while life. Ahh there is alot going on.

Somebody should mention that these witch covenants are only a thing in common law, and not in Napoleonic Law. So the places where they popped up were Britain, the US, , Canada and ofc, South Africa during apartheid. In Napoleonic Law, which closely resembles Roman Law, the deed of property excludes the seller from enforcing restrictions on the buyer after the exchange of property rights. Since, you know, the seller doesn't own the house anymore: )

This is the type of thing you d learn about in a legal course through the lens of Critical Race Theory. But conservative bad faith actors have bastardized CRT into making people believe it s about division based on race instead of understanding the inherent divisions caused by our countries legal history. It s an important course and it s sad that a significant portion of our country is being misled to believe otherwise.

Mal-Information. Deed Covenants are part of civil contracts, not LAW, and only enforceable between the two-parties in the contract. While deeds had racial, ethnic and religious covenants, they were rarely enforced. Ted-Ed is doing you a disservice by convincing you otherwise. The color-line was primarily enforced through lending and real estate sales practices, not covenants, which were illegal as of 1947.

Fun fact: one of the most famous segregated neighborhoods still has a landmark that people come from all over the world to see. It was called Hollywoodland and had a big sign in the hills to promote it because the San Fernando valley was becoming more integrated so a neighborhood for whites only was made on the other side of the hill. The Hollywood sign is the remnants of that legacy.

Racism, i always think about the US when it comes to racial issues. It came into the news, social media, and even games. Oh mighty neptune alrighty, you guys eat and drink the same thing, breath the same air, and live the same world, just because your skin color is different doesnt mean you focus on that. think what the same thing you guys have that makes human, human, cz we can THINK!

Deed Covenants did not have the force of criminal law. It was part of a civil contract between buyer and seller. The only party with legal standing was the seller, so only the seller could bring civil action, and only for breach of contract. The video left that out, and so very misleading. A neighbor could not sue the buyer, only the seller could, get it?

Just as a point rarely mentioned, like cultures usually seek out like cultures. People tend to be more comfortable around people of similar cultures. Take religion as an example. Not many Mormon worship with Baptist but they do tend to get along when not practicing their religion. It may be as simple as who you feel comfortable around.

Some of the claims made in this video, those concerning denial of equal housing, cannot be true as they violate federal law. The extent to which federal housing regulations is a site to behold. I would have expected a greater depth of analysis from such a well respected platform as this one.
