I wonder what would happen to the artifacts that they found or that they still looking for are they going to return it to the place where it came from or are they going to keep it for them self and put it in the museum's, it's always been a mystery to me i hope they give it back to the origins of where it came from. Same thing with all those treasures that people found long time ago, that doesn't belong to us and we should give it back

when i visited Peru in the 90s - my guide carefully and consistently distinguished between the Quechua people (a tribe) - and their royalty - the Inca - in other words - the people are Quechua - the Inca were the upper class of Quechua people - consequently - i find it jarring whenever i watch these documentaries they talk about the tribe of indians using the word Inca where they should be using Quechua

The shaman guide proved that they still are Incas. When asked about Inca's eating guinea pigs, shaman says Yeah when 'WE' have guests, you know?
It means the shaman is Inca host and he is offering cooked guinea pig to the guest. Probably, the sun disk is being kept and guarded by these modern day Inca people themselves. Yeah, it's theirs to keep. Let them keep it.

If i was looking for sun disc, i would talk to people living around lake Titicaca. There is a megalith sandstone near lake that has door carved into it believed to be a portal that opens when the correct sound/frequency is produced. One belief is the king or a priest fled through the portal with the Sun disc.

Whats with hiring the dude with the old truck. I visit Cusco every year and I have to beat the taxi drivers off of me. You cant swing a dead cat without hitting a taxi driver. Totally staged. And whats with the hat? I guess hes trying to rock the Indiana Jones look.

Don't get me wrong but whenever I hear 500/400 years ago, I think it's not that old. I'm used to hearing 2000/1000 years old here in Italy. Still, this docu is impressive. the loot and destruction the Spanish brought in the Americas and beyond. just angers me somehow.

It's a bit phoney that the porters would wear brand new robes of regalia while hiking and working, but it makes a wonderfully colorful film. And it is a great one. Even the comments on it are inspiring! What a pleasure to watch and read!

Europe and all it's thieves should return all the gold it stole from these lands! If not the gold then money. There are many poor people in these lands due to what the lands were robbed of, repay the children of the people you robbed

I just cant believe that the Spanish would have left the disk and then come back for it. Makes absolutely no sense. Obviously the truck getting stuck was staged. What else is?

They go all that way to find a place that was already found and recorded and in the final looked no more than the remains of a small building!

150 soles is a swindle. Be careful sometimes, people want to take advantage of charging more for being a foreigner and not knowing the real prices.

Documentaries like this should have millions of views. Sadly, it was uploaded during a time when the Internet isn't as accessible as it is today.

I love gold. I invest in gold mining companies to pull this beautiful metal out of the earth like our ancient South American predecessors.
