Sep. 1927, Wikipedia:
Numerous, very large flames were seen offshore Sevastopol, Cape Lucullus, and Yalta in the early morning following the September event. Several types of fire and flame were described by witnesses. Pale flames were up to 2, 000 metres (6, 600 ft) wide and up to 500 metres (1, 600 ft) in height, and were visible for several minutes at a time. Other flames began with a whitish glow and became bright red; this style of flame sometimes burned for more than an hour. Bright flashes and explosions were also reported. The flames and explosions were attributed to methane or other hydrocarbon gasses that had been released from the seabed and spontaneously combusted in Phosphine (a self-igniting gas.

Bulgarian culture is much older than what we think and there is many, many evidences that maybe under black sea is the oldest human civilization known as Baal wich after the great flood in Black sea moved down to todays israel and egypt helping them with knowedge, building cities and raising the quality of life. Even maybe Today Bulgarians are heirs of the mythical land of Atlantis. Only really prideful nation will dare to declare war on Roman empire and that is exactly what Bulgarians did in conquest of their holy lands! Bulgarians are not decends of turks or assians its the other way around!

About the time of these climatic changes in Africa, England separated from the continent, and Denmark arose from the sea, while the isthmus of Gibraltar, protecting the western basin of the Mediterranean, gave way as the result of an earthquake, quickly raising this inland lake to the level of the Atlantic Ocean. Presently the Sicilian land bridge submerged, creating one sea of the Mediterranean and connecting it with the Atlantic Ocean. This cataclysm of nature flooded scores of human settlements and occasioned the greatest loss of life by flood in all the worlds history. Ref. The Urantia Book

Archeologists economists weathermen and probably now geologists are all professional guessers
You can't trust gypsy fortune tellers.
And these people don't want to validate anything that is outside their understanding, training, or education.
Try questioning a religious nut jobs'
Training/education.
Or a leftists indoctrination.
Or any other cultists' indoctrination.
You will get a similar reaction

Climate Change is scary! Btw, we are STILL in the Ice Age. It's weird that they act like that's not the official position: it is.
We are about to end the Ice Age altogether, which is VERY VERY BAD, with the melting of the polar ice caps. Get ready for new seas. We don't need more seas. We need more FRESH LAKES and RIVERS. But if we melt the polar ice caps we lose some of those due to ocean flooding.

Im not saying whos right and whos wrong.
However,
Professor William Ryan comes across as humble, softly spoken, knowledgeable, respectful and provides scientific references.
James Nienhuis on the other hand comes across as arrogant, a loud mouth, like foghorn leghorn, almost aggressive, loud and almost shouting.
I say I say boy, dont listen to William Ryan, buy my book.

how long would it really take to create an ice age 1y 2y? 1 winters snow that didnt melt before the next. We assume much. 1 massive volcanic eruption the likes of those in the past, what if 2 erupted together or after the other, or a yellowstone, then tambora and a taupo, all in succession or together? it takes 3 days to yellow grass under an object left on the ground.

Just because Bronze Age people were using mammoth bone for tools, doesn't mean they killed the animal. I'm sure that in 6000BC it was pretty common to find mammoth remains. Especially lying right near the surface. You can still find them in permafrost regions. A high pressure hose of warm water on a section of permafrost yields all kinds of treasures.

Theres plenty of civilizations buried under sea, ice, sans and ashes. Thats what volcanoes are for. To melt the Earth from the middle then spit out the new earth while continuously repeating this over and over again for billions of years. How do you think human bones are found in depths of a diamond mines? Volcanos shapes the Earths land.

So. was the Earth in it's original position ie upright, at this time. or was it in it's modified tilt position? Because surely this would have made a significant influence on the climatic conditions?

Very nice! Ive read some articles about the Black Sea not long ago. This documentary tied it all together. I wonder what new discoveries have been made in the intervening years?

Humans started fishing 40 thousand years ago. Yet only have 7 thousand to 10 thousand years of recorded history. That means. 30 thousand years of history is lost to time.

I lived on the Turkish shore of the Black Sea for a year in the 80's and people would talk about the lost civilization that had once lived where water is now.

Very interesting documentary. However, the music is much too loud and overpowers the voices of those being interviewed. This really needs to be remixed.
