Show me a dude who is 210lbs with a 32" waist. their height would make a difference as well, but that would be a dude who is BUILT and you definitely would think twice before messing with them.
For example. Arnold Schwarzenegger is 6'2" but was at 225lbs for one of his Olympia competitions. When he was in his best shape. 15lbs is a bit of difference, I get that, but that is in comparison to the freaking terminator.
He had a 33" waist at that time too. I would think that a dude who is "that much smaller" would look almost as impressive. 15lbs lighter, but with a waist smaller than Arnies Come on.

I believe that he suffered from a King's madness, which is something that his father had and many monarch's would have had because of either royal inbreeding, fighting too many wars or trying to get an heir

Its possible that he could have had brain trauma from when the horse fell on him and other resulting injuries and conditions made it worse
