Earth's normal speed is incredibly fast, just that it move with a constant rotational speed, we don't feel it's movement.
We can only feel the Earth's speed through our feelings of rush. Catching up with class paces, finishing your exam on time and chasing deadlines for projects.
Tick tock. Tick tock, through this perception, as time waits for no man, you 'feel' the Earth rapid speed!

If earth spins twice as much, the sun will rise at 6am and set at 12pm, then rise again at 6pm. U will sleep at 10pm, when the sun was at -3: 30pm- and then u wake up at 6am, goes to work, and your lunch hour was at 12pm, during sun set. Then you work with the moon in the sky.
Who says u will have to sleep 4 hours only then go go work.

Time is going at least, 30 percent faster than thirty years ago. When we were kids we counted and added a word in between numbers. Mississippi for example. Do that today, and set your stop watch. Count to ten seconds in this way, your watch will easily get to 13 or 14 seconds by the time you are finished. TIME is absolutely moving faster.

Okay, so I don-t think that the entire world would necessarily make us fit everything into 12 hours. We would probably still keep 24 hours, it would just have TWO 12 hour days as ONE day.
I think that telling us 1-2 meals a day and only 4 hours of sleep sounds absurd. It would not be hard to continue to stay on a 24 hour clock.

what about the stars and galaxy in the universe? do they spin too? because I see them on the same place while you say that earth is spinning that fast in its axis. Also how can you assume that Earth is spinning that fast without a relative viewer that is not moving?

There are two places on Earth where you can stand and you will turn but you will not be spinning or revolving with the Earth at all: The North Pole and the South Pole. No centrifugal force at these two locations, but you will freeze your butt off.

If this were true, time would be out of sync and migrating animals would miss the timing! The earth is not spinning faster, the sun determines the pull. The earth is vibrating at a higher frequency.
