That's right, a diet that consists of eating raw meat all day, every day. Most of us have been taught to avoid raw meat like it's the plague, but is it really that bad for you? These people seem to be doing all right, I guess. What would be the best way to eat raw meat? How would it affect your body? And what are the benefits of this diet?

My dad has been eating raw meat for a little over a year now. He-s 65. Has a lot of energy, generally fit. Very healthy. Cured his autoimmune disease (hypothyroidism) and doesn-t seem to be slowing down at all. I started this diet a few months ago and I already cured my shortness of breathe even though I-m a smoker. Finally got my lymph nodes to not be swollen 24/7 my entire life til now. And I feel generally stronger and mentally happier. All you need is to make sure your raw meat is from a safe source and enjoy. At first you might get a stomach cramp or the shits, but that-s cause your body isn-t accustomed to it like our ancestors used to be. After a few days of just raw meat you-ll start to feel great! (You can eat fruits too just not tons of it) this diet is amazing and I highly recommend. Even cured a man of his Crohn-s disease. Do try, just be safe. (Also eat! safe sourced raw eggs, bone marrow, liver, etc) now when I try cooked steak it tastes so dead and gross to me. Like I-m not absorbing all the nutrients I should be, when you cook steak something about it takes out a ton of stuff that good for you. It-s like taking the -essence- from a dead animal rather than a live one, which speaks for itself. before we discovered fire all we ate was raw and we thrived healthy and strong.

Not very long ago, just a few thousand years back then, our ancestors - not Neanderthals, but already Homo sapiens - frequently ate raw meat, because they did not know how to fry or boil it, or simply did not have time for it. According to some studies, caries and other troubles for human teeth increased dramatically twice: the second time when humans discovered sugar, and the first time was when they learned to cook meat, because before that the raw meat fibers cleaned their teeth quite well. But I can't eat raw meat, if I accidentally come across an undercooked piece, I cuddle with the toilet all the next day -

You can tell that the script maker/narrator never actually ate raw meat. Cooked meat is in every way more chewy. Raw meat is soft and juicy. If our teeth were meant for grinding than we would only have grinding teeth. The reason we dont have teeth like other carnivores is because our weapons are projectiles that we create with our hands and not our dentition.

WRONG! we are 100% evolutionarily adapted to eating raw meat. our teeth cut through perfectly, the nsatural bacteria and enzymes in raw meat synergize with our gut bacteria which leads to perfect digestion (better than any pother diet, no gas or bloat. this clown has never tried a raw diet, and has nom idea what hes talking about.

our teeth rip meat just fine, you are ignorant. K-9 teeth are a weapon for fighting and killing. Not for meat meat specifically. Look at Gilrillas they are on a plant food based diet and eat meat once in a while, yet they have mean looking K-9 teeth.

Before raw meat I used to have the problems he mentions when eating raw chicken: diarrea, head aches. After I started on raw meat, 3 years ago, I never felt those again and I healed issues in the liver, the gall bladder, the stomach, migranes and so on.

Common pathogens in raw meat include Salmonella, Clostridium perfringens, E. coli, Listeria monocytogenes, and Campylobacter ( 1. Symptoms of foodborne illness include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping, fever, and headache.

Another incredibly ignorant video. Try eating raw meat before making the easily disprovable claim that it's harder to chew than cooked meat. Have you never felt the difference between a rare steak and a well-done steak? Ridiculous.

Consider the Inuit who thrived on raw meat for much of the year. The key is consuming all parts of the animal including the blood the organs and especially the fat which is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Reminds me of the surge in food poisoning cases in Kerala last year. It is believed to be related to undercooked meat and meat sourced from distant areas in other states.

Sorry you-re absolutely wrong about our teeth in capable of cutting raw meat. They do very good. Carnivora do not chew meat no need does not get digested in mouth.

Classic fearmongering to prevent health. Just like how they made raw milk illegal, to keep you malnourished. Notice how they promote veganism as well, funny.

Wow, i have lost so many brain cells watching this, i have to repopulate my second brain gutbiome with salmonella eating some mass produced raw chicken.

Most of the benefits you see people boasting from these kinds of diets is from cutting out sugar. Any zero sugar diet is going to drop pounds.

This video is absolute bonkers and filled with disinformation. Been eating raw meat for years, have never experienced a single issue.

So our teeth can't chew through soft raw meat, but can chew through tough overcooked meat? Make it make sense please?

Random fact for South Africans beef jerky in Afrikaans is biltong and springbok jerky taste more flavourful

Not a single claim is backed up by any evidence. Which makes sense, because this video is complete nonsense.
