A couple big misnomers. Frozen food everywhere would melt and rot almost immediately (no power. Nuclear power plants are all designed to fail 'safe' so with no human intervention they'd just shut down. Coal and oil fired power plants would be more likely to burn down when left unattended.
Ammunition would not be scarce, it would be plentiful. One sporting goods or gun store's inventory would last you years. If you wanted or needed to travel a long distance your best mode of ground transport would be a tractor trailer pulling a tanker full of diesel fuel. Even that would only go so far, so you'd have to find another before running dry. And driving one with no experience would be dangerous.
All in all, a terrible, not well thought out video at all.

There's some things missing in this and others that weren't accurate. The commentator was obviously just giving his take. missing things like doctors or dentists leading to health problems if left untreated. shortening the life span. A person could make there own gas if they know how along with producing raw goods to make other products. The whole energy thing you could find solar or wind options. Personally being the last person would be short lived compared to if half the population disappeared, the world could still function. I personally wouldn't have a problem with long periods of solitude. already spend 99% of my time in a given month independently with minimal interactions.

i live in an area that gets plenty of rain i know how to purify water and potatos are really really easy to grow so my only concern is electricity for my computer lights heating and cooling which would be fine since i could just find a place with solar generators if i really needed it

As a man raised in and with nature I can say this is click bait. Every outdoorsman knows, snares, traps trout line and a host of survival knowledge. You can learn it but you should learn it now and use it the rest of your life anyway, don't wait until you are the last person on Earth.

im not sure how ammunition would be limited and harder to come buy. you'd literally have infinite guns and ammo, if youre the last person in the US anyways. You could shoot one round per gun and be able to have a different gun for every round for the rest of your life lol.

Canned, bottled and boxed goods can last a long time but, unless it's mid-winter in your hemisphere and you're fairly far north or south of the equator, frozen food is going to start going bad the day after the grid goes down.

Monterey bay area. Santa Cruz mountains for freshwater some of the best farmland 10 miles away and Monterey bay for fishing. Also it-s protected. No snow at sea level. No hurricanes no tornadoes earthquakes once in a while.

How could one person run out of ammo? There is an estimated 400 million guns and trillions upon trillions of rounds of ammo in the USA alone. You would die of old age before putting even a small dent in those numbers.

What the hell? ammo would be scarce? Who are you trying to kid? In the US, there must be billions if not trillions of rounds of ammo in private hands, And they don't normally lock up the ammo in a gun shop.

It would take couple of days before noticing. I have my own well and cabin middle of nowhere so i would survive for awhile. Seeds for vegetables would be hard to come by after few years, though
