If Columbus hadn't discovered America the Portuguese would have opened up trade within fifty years bringing European diseases and you still would have seen a 90% die off and sterility within a hundred years with the resulting culture loss and loss of stability. Earthworms still would have made it over seas in the ballast of trade ships disrupting ecosystems and starving cultures, and an exchange of food and goods would have happened anyway. Probably on an even larger scale since the Inca would have recovered and run their own ships. The Aztecs would have likely been replaced since it was mostly a native alliance that provided the manpower to topple them, and a new triple alliance would have also gotten onto the seas with better leadership and a more progressive attitude.
Unfortunately human sacrifice, cannibalism, and torture probably would have continued longer, as would slavery. England only paid off it's debt from the world wide wars to end slavery in 1980 or something like that, and without colonialism they wouldn't have had the treasure or the local interest to end it. The native Americans might have imported livestock but for many tribes cannibalism and human sacrifice, not to mention the same sort of torture Eurasia saw prior to Christianity were deeply ingrained in the culture. Eventually maybe the impacts that Holland discusses in -Dominion- would have spread to Africa, Asia, and the Americas but. .. without colonialism perhaps not.
A world without Columbus might be a nightmare world with all the worst aspects of the Columbian exchange, and none of it's benefits to human civilization. Would you want to live in a world where slavery was still rampant and where some of the major powers believed in torture, self flagellation, and wide spread human sacrifice?

Ok the Iroquois named themselves Haudenoshaunee, and the Native Americans living in the US prefer the name Indian and over Native American as NA refers to all peoples from Alaska to Chile. The Iroquois where also a democracy kinda more of an oligarchy, but if not interrupted by the Europeans they would have probably become a full democracy at some point. Sometimes they are referred to as the Roman-s of the west, and unlike the Roman-s operate today. If no European ever thought of traveling across the world that way the European world would eventually find out about it because they would eventually go to space, and I-m pretty sure u can see the new world from space. This would eventually spread colonization new crops and disease. Europe would eventually discover America regardless. If they still haven't discovered it yet by the first half of the 20th century, they definitely will once they launch satellites and send the first person to space sometime in the '50s and '60s where they will discover the new continent from orbit.

No colonizers in the world forced anyone to Christianity. It was Christian Missionaries who embraced local people and introduced Christ to them and to us.
