for core temp, the coldest i've been is 35 C. Coldest environment i've been in is -19C. the two are not related, the former happened spontaneously when i was younger.

thing is, you cant actually achieve 0 kelvin as the requirement of doing so is to use a temperature colder than absolute zero itself which is obviously not possible
