Visit to give the gift of CO- removal this holiday season. The first 100 people to use WHATIF10 by 12/31/21 get 10% off their first purchase! A massive earthquake knocks you off your feet. There's a blinding flash of white, and then you see a tsunami of lava rising on the horizon. A nuclear reaction has gone off the rails. And Earth-s atmosphere is on fire. How long would it be before you exploded into flames? What would happen to our land and oceans? Where could you hide to survive this hellfire?

If the Earth's atmosphere were to ignite, it would be a catastrophic event with severe consequences for all life on the planet. The intense heat and flames would likely destroy all buildings, infrastructure, and natural habitats. The resulting firestorms would likely create a global disaster, spreading rapidly and destroying everything in its path. The lack of an atmosphere would make it impossible for life to survive on the surface of the Earth. The heat would cause the oceans to boil and evaporate, leading to a rapid loss of water and the extinction of marine life. In addition, the ignition would cause a mass extinction event, wiping out all forms of life on Earth. It's important to note that this scenario is purely hypothetical and the Earth's atmosphere does not have the ability to ignite.

Climate Change is not the most dangerous it is NUCLEAR WARFARE.
There are people and governments who are laughing at us because of the insane fixation on Climate Change.
If there is a nuclear war climate change would not matter because the climate would be destroyed for an indefinite amount of time.
So stop saying climate change is more significantly more important than elimination of nuclear weapons and the very bad dictatorships that have these world ending weapons.

-Hey What If! .. . Don't promise me a good time with videos like this. -
P. S
There is absolutely nothing we can do anymore about the climate change. We are already doomed and I love it, humans don't simply deserve this planet and it's beauty. Most of humans are power and wealth hungry assholes.

Well you said in the video such temperature is not possible if we lined a hydrogen bonbs with around 6 atom bomb in a an isolated capsule and dropped into the ocean deep and then burst it. i guess we could reach that temperature.

Atmosphere: Is that cringe
Humanity: No
Atmosphere: Hama HAMA
Humanity: What are you doing
Atmosphere: -ignites-
Humanity: AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH IM BURNING WHAT IS THIS PAIN -dies-

The answer to most of What If-s videos involving the Earth and humanity, - we die. -: ) Also, here is a video suggestion: what if animals or plants could talk and became sentient beings

5: 04 Helium is not heavier than Oxygen. Helium's density is 0. 0001785 per cubic cm as Oxygen's density is 0. 001429 per cubic cm. Hence why a Helium filled balloon will rise.
reply

5: 08 - Shouldn't helium being heavier than oxygen make the story for another What If?
As for this episode, there won't be a story for another What If, as always

This burning atmosphere reminded me of series of novel Rogue Clone. In the future, alien attack earth and it colonies using weapon that burn atmosphere.

Do Not Ever Say Never. Carbon Dioxide is what keeps the atmosphere from igniting. However putting it into the ground is just as dangerous if not more so.
reply

Global warming is a hoax the earth's atmospheric gases are stable.
How much did they pay you to perpetrate this predictable lie?
Get a grip!

reply

1: 40-Don't they need a lot of energy to make that technology work?
How do you get that energy? By releasing MORE CO2?

reply

Everyone d! es in a second
But what would happen if we created a black hole, well that-s a story for another what if.

reply

We don't need carbon capturing devices that costs huge amount of money to build and operate. We can just plant trees!
reply

I would love to see a what if a halo ring existed if it could work, how gravity would work on its surface and climate
