I kind of feel sad. when they say that if men could get pregnant then. paid leaves, contraceptive, abortion rights would be readily available.
Doesn't it indirectly hint that for something to get attention it has to be done by a man?
Maybe in developed and educated households the scenario is different. but we can't ignore that in developing nations turning a blind eye towards women's problems is not rare.
In my country I have seen several women doing extensive labour like working in mines/construction sites while they're heavily pregnant.

I don't hate the people that think that biological men can get pregnant, I just hate how they don't think about the surgeries or even ask doctors just to be sure if they could, I just feel like the world doesn't get any smarter, because at least he said that men can't biologically get pregnant, but anything could be possible, according to experts

Ok, if men had to have complicated, dangerous surgeries to get pregnant, I would hope the rate of pregnant-male abortions would be extremely low. So I'm not sure if abortion laws would change.
