This isn't entirely factual. Firstly, outer space is just a few degrees above absolute zero Kelvin, making the air not gaseous but solid. This would result in less friction. However, let's assume, hypothetically, that the air in space is magically at room temperature. In that case, two things would occur: Firstly, celestial objects like stars, black holes, and other outer space bodies with strong gravitational fields would capture the air particles within their gravitational influence. Secondly, temperatures would rapidly drop, causing nitrogen and oxygen to transition into a solid state.
Furthermore, the moon wouldn't just come to a stop due to friction; instead, its orbit would gradually diminish until it draws near enough to Earth. At that point, Earth's gravity would tear the moon apart, and the resulting fragments would either burn up in the atmosphere or impact the planet as meteorites.

what if the entire universe was the exact temperature range for liquid water. it was at one point for a quite long period of time. i suspect that period is when life began in the universe. and the rest is panspermia. how long would it actually take for complex organic like molecules to form randomly on one planet that had liquid water. what if we had the entire universe with the conditions for life, would that time shorten due to the scale?

Watching this makes me think of how I figured out a way to describe how the sun works in much more simple terms.
The sun is an incandescent light bulb.
The bulb represents the boundary of the universe with vacuum inside and the filament is the sun, burning away until there is nothing left and it -pops-. I get that it's not the perfect analogy, but when you think about it, the sun is just a really big light bulb: D

Ik this comment is going to be removed. But whatever I'm gonna say it. How did what if turn out to be this cringey? Where's the original voice? I stopped for a few years watching this, then come back to this cringey voice. Just listen to this cringey voice at 3: 54.

if outher space was made of oxigen it would imidiatly start to ignite itself from everywhere around the universe with all these heat and explosion. just like openheimer theorie. what im saying is probably wrong but meh make sense in my head

With air existing in space, it would stop the earth from orbiting the sun due to the friction of the Earth. Consiquintly, the earth would stop spining, making it impossible for life to exist on the earth.

At a guess and without watching the video. The oxygen when let the burning stars all around the universe spread their fire to all planets and the fire would burn for billions of years.

You know, for my answer for that question, the space will not be explorable as it will need more fuel to wander around the space. Why? Air can prevent objects from moving non-stop.

It always pisses me off when people say burning up in the atmosphere is caused by friction. It is actually caused by compression. Like how do you rub against a gas?

Was all this designed or It just came about to be because of a Big Bang?
If this doesn-t tell u that there is a Creator then I don-t know what to tell you

If space was breathable then interplanetary settlements would have become reality by now and perhaps a few missions would have left for Proxima Centuari.

I looked at the title and immediately said -oh no, you don't even want to think about this as a possibility. there is no upside to this- lol

If space was filled with air, wouldn't our very hot sun literally ignite this air in a massive fireball as big as the solar system?

If space were filled with the pressure of 1 atmosphere, the resulting gravity from that much matter would cause the big crunch to begin!

There wouldn't be planets, but life might exist. You could possibly find asteroids with trees or moss growing on them.

I'll give all of this in just 2 words. If space is filled with air, -We'll Die-. That's what this guy wants to say.
