well considering the universe is in its infancy, i am pretty sure that whatever non earthling life exists is sparse and far between right now and probably will be a very long time and probably long after our solar system is dead. over the next tens of billions of years and hundreds of billions of years i am pretty sure the amount of planetary life will increase as our universe begins maturing then will start slowing down as it drifts into old age until what's left are black holes and stellar remnants

I mean theres more than one billon planets in billions of Galaxy's and i don't believe somehow a small planet like earth is the only one with life in my opinion its impossible that theres no other planets with at least a little bit of life
