What my tiny, non-scientist brain doesn't understand is: with water and landmasses switching place, the video depicts this not as a sudden poof, you're switched now, but the aftermath of huge tsunamis.
If all the water, that is switching places, does so by being in motion, why is all marine life dead Sure a whole lot gets killed by the massive streams and tsunamis, but shouldn't the rest just easily swim along
