I first read Final Crisis the very first year I got into comics (around 7 years ago. I absolutely hated it and couldn't comprehend why he had so many fans out there. Now, after having read thousands more pages of DC comics, several different writers and kinds of stories, I decided to give it another try. And well, I loved it, it is just genius. I was just not ready back then, I couldn't appreciate the greatness of his writing back then, the way he uses all these allegories to build a mind blowing mythology for the creation and composition of the Universe is fantastic. I'm getting Multiversity right away and will definitely try to read all of his stuff now.

Superheroes are just really lame and if this guy actually belives his work affects life in any way then he is absolutely wasting his talents.
The comics you induldge in shouldn't be about dainty spandex clad superheroes doing good in your neighborhood if you're an adult. Period.
Read the unfinished comic series 'Bedlam' if you really want to get mad about a comic being cancelled.
As for good 'superhero' comics check out 'The Boys' or 'The Great Lakes Avengers' (or whatever they decided to call themselves now)

I think most of his works are overrated, and people continue to adore him like he, as the title of your video actually reads, is a god. Does mixing the narrative structure suddenly make you a god? Since he realized how many people are willing to believe in him as a god when he wrote Animal Man, he finds a way to break the fourth wall in almost every work of his. He lacks originality.

Batman Incorporated, more because Morrison seems to have a talent for writing all this weird, crazy sheit and getting people to believe it. It's like if Alan Moore's stuff didn't take itself so damn seriously.
Also, based on that one clip, I think Grant and I have a lot in common.

Welp, looks like that sigil of yours did its job Angry Nerd, because at SDCC, Grant announced that he and DC were once again working together, to create a series of standalone graphic novels based in the Multiversity worlds, simply entitled, 'Multiversity Too'.

Ultra Comics. I felt the magic when i read Ultra Comics. Also Pax Americana. It felt more vivid than when i was 8. and read Super man and Captain America for the first time. GM is right the stories are alive. on some other dimension.

Its been awile but basicly, dark side kills a god to start confusion and in fighting wile he looks for the answer to kill all life on earth and batman kills him but dies doing so. That is the VERY VERY VERY short answer.

Grant Morrison is an amazing anomaly. I mean who makes Captain Carrot - relative in a comic while Hitler is constipated on a toilet? Animal Man is an absolute gem so is the Invisibles. He is a writing God. Cheers!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll tell you one obscure mini series I wish had continued: Alien Fire which I bought from Fantagraphics about 14 years ago. And hey, I never tried that Monster beverage. Is it good?
