My ex was an expert at this, never play cards with her lol, she taught me and said I often had contradictory body language and I was hard to read.
Now, watching this in determined to learn to deliberately make my body language send false signals so that in always read wrong because I've spent my life being misinterpreted by people who think they can read me and decided it's best to make them learn that body language is a poor indicator of anything.

This isn't confidential not even close, reason what they served you in this video is like the tiniest form of information in terms of behavior which looks like a lot to us.
Two things happen with this - first it makes us conscious of our own behavior, second it's an easy way to create discomfort without even telling it or saying it

Actually, a lot of people in Italy carry flowers upside down. It's just a safer way to carry cutten flowers. Hands on hips with thumbs forward, more than -inquisitive-, maybe a symptom of a slight back pain. I ofter stiffen my fingers, even without anything troubling me. And lo, I'm just halfway the video. after all, it's a discrete pile of manure IMHO.

Not true in most cases!
Just because you stand funny doesn't make you a criminal! Did it ever cross your mind that a person may have a back problem etc?
If your nose itch and you rub it, it doesn't mean anything negative etc.

Here-s the down side of this, sometimes mannerisms are driven by physical issues.
For example, I cross my arms a lot. It-s not a self hug, it-s due to my shoulders being shot, and it-s more comfortable to hold them pulled in.
