I'm sorry, but a lot of this is oversimplified. Parabens are a common allergen, that's the primary reason people don't like them, not anything to do with cancer. Probiotics have been shown to be clinically useful in a variety of contexts, just not for the general population. A claim like the rise in autism is due to better diagnostic characteristics is basically unfalsifiable. We know it's not vaccines, but we DON'T know that it's just a difference in diagnosis. Titanium dioxide (a common antiperspirant also found in various other products) is listed as a potential carcinogen, but the primary issue with it is the link between titanium dioxide and oxidative stress. Oxidative stress has consistently shown to be a risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases like ALS and Parkinson's.
Also, literally read ONE sentence further in the cited NIH article about sunscreen. Oxybenzone is harmful to the neuroendocrine system and should be avoided. Oxybenzone is a very common sunscreen ingredient. It's also linked to coral reef damage. Sunscreen is beneficial, but you need to get an oxybenzone-free sunscreen (it will be labeled on the bottle.

All these pseudoscience's crack me up, because if what they're claiming is legit, half of them would kill you. If your pH changed drastically, you'd die. If saunas sweat out toxins and left them in the air for everyone to breathe back in, plus the humidity would help them thrive, they would be literal death boxes. GMO's are often to protect you, nobody is growing purposely deadly things, that would be a waste of money. If vaccines cause autism, why do many autistic kids have anti-vax parents who never vaxxed their kids Cancer is caused by time, if you live long enough you will get cancer, it's guaranteed, therefore it's not the food, it's the increasing lifespans. NO they didn't live better back in the day when everything was natural, they died of dysentery, aka diarrhea; did you not play the Oregon Trail. If non-stick coatings killed you, wouldn't the factory workers be dropping like flies, like use common sense.

IUPAC investigation on ELF EM fields' health effects classified them as:
Extremely low-frequency magnetic fields are possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B. Static electric and magnetic fields and extremely low-frequency electric fields are not classifiable as to their carcinogenicity to humans (Group 3.
The only thing they do that I've read in a different paper is increase ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) a bit, I think after a long period of time too, but so does walking around in a city near busy streets.
I got pulled into conspiracy health views when I was younger, but I actually looked into peer reviewed research to check on what's really happening. Finding out the real story is way more interesting, and after that I got hooked, switching paths to science. The truth is out there but nobody's looking at all the deep, replicable, falsifiable evidence that helps us understand what it actually is.

Shes probably right about Probiotic supplements but eating fermented foods has been a Game Changer for me. Used to get terrible panic attacks. They went away after 3 months of just drinking my daily Kefir. Now its become part of my lifestyle so i just drink Kefir, Eat Yoghurt, Kimchi etc etc. i feel its helped me stabalize my mood. I notice that before i would eat fermented foods excercise was not as rewarding as far as dopamine release. Now im experiencing runners highs all the time and this in turn motivates me to excercise. Just my anecdotal experience of course.

Pasteurization wasn't about really about making milk safer. It's making milk last through all the processing storage and shipping as we entered mass production methods of milk. If modern refrigeration methods were about 30-50 years more mature, we probably would have never normalized pasteurization.
Drinking raw milk is what we drank for 1000's of years. Processed milk is also at risk for contamination. We understand bacteria now, too. So the cows are healthier, cleanliness practices are better.
People should have the option for Raw Milk.

I think we have to be really careful about the statistics. Cause when she says that people who use different kinds of cancer treatment have higher risk of poor result, you then have to take into account that some of those people may be the ones that were told that they will die and the doctors couldn't do anything. I am not proposing to people to try non proven types of treatment just food for thought. For people not to take every statistic at face value. The first step is always preventing so eating unpossessed foods and living a healthy lifestyle.

Very interesting and informative thank you. The reason I have avoided deodorant with aluminum in it though. And you avoided the topic of aluminum and focused on the other ingredient. Is that to my knowledge they have found aluminum in concentrated amounts in autopsied Alzheimer patients. It’s also a neurotoxin Most people put on deodorant after they shower when the pores are open to the dermis. So the body would be readily taking in the metal. And then you do this every day almostI can’t see how that can be safe.

In the first 10 seconds, it sounds like scientist Dr. Love says hyperbaric oxygen doesn't have evidence to support treatment for any ailment. However, websites for Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medicine and Harvard Medical School acknowledge hyperbaric oxygen as a treatment. According to Cleveland Clinic, it's FDA-approved for 13 conditions or so. According to Harvard Medical School, the treatment is covered by the majority of insurance plans and Medicare. Assuming I didn't miss something, what gives

I don't worry about parabens in my personal care products. Why Several of the antimicrobials that companies are substituting (such as DMDM Hydantoin, Quaternium-15, Imidazolidinyl urea, diazolidinyl urea, and polyoxymethylene urea) are formaldehyde donators and I am allergic to formaldehyde. Use the wrong brand of nail polish Hives all over my face and chest that take over a week to go away. Use the wrong shampoo Scalp that itches until I wash again with the right stuff.

About sundowners One it's definitely not just Alzheimer's patients
Two I don't believe it has anything to do with the actual sun setting but I have taken care of three family members and their final stage of life and it doesn't seem to be the progression of the day because they still get sundown is even if they've been asleep for 5 hours and get up it 4: 30 in the afternoon or they wake up at 7: 30 in the morning that doesn't seem to be a difference

The problem with GMOs is the massive corporations that create, and trademark their seeds. They will prosecute anyone that saves and replants their seeds and promote the use of those seeds everywhere so that the genetic diversity of the majority of crops narrows to a small number of strains. Genetic diversity in food crops is being reduced to the point where any new disease could wipe out significant portions of a food crop and result in famine.

1: 59 Aspartame is a methylated dipeptide. It's not just made of those two amino acids, it also has effectively a methanol group as well. Methanol (and its metabolites) is fairly toxic, BUT the quantity involved is too small to be harmful. By the way, conflating all artificial sweeteners with aspartame is bad. She should be ashamed of her uninformed answer to this question.

14: 35 The misconception that sugar feeds cancer is far older than the medical PET imaging. It goes all the way back to the discovery of the Warburg effect between the first and second world war. For more see for example Grimes DR, O'Riordan E (November 2023. Starving cancer and other dangerous dietary misconceptions. Lancet Oncol. 24 (11): 11771178

They forgot to mention that the antivax propaganda that led to the Samoa measals outbreak mentioned around 8: 50 was principally spread BY RFK’s SUPPORT OF THE LOCAL ANTIVAX ORGANIZATION! Him being the next health secretary is yet another drop in the ocean of frankly heinous decisions we will have to deal with over the next four years

FYI Consumer Lab is an independent lab that tests supplements, health foods, etc. for contaminants like heavy metals. They test the substances, vitamin, mineral, herbal, etc. to see if they contain the amount on the labels (many do not. I don't buy anything without checking with them first. I have a subscription, but I'm not affiliated.

un yeah. those hundreds of different species of bacteria living in the GI tract all got there though the stomach too with no coating. Stomach acid doesn't kill everything or why we worrying about salmonella and E coli in raw milk, maybe find experts' that can not immediately contradict themselves.

No idea how to submit questions but here goes.
European vs North American chicken egg handling and storage.
Dairy cows treated vs not treated with bovine growth hormone.
Different countries and cultures go different ways and both cite science but have different emphasis on factors.

Kennedy's non-profit, Children's Health Defense and his rhetoric helped cause Samoa's 2019 measles outbreak. Samoa's Ministry of Health cited Kennedy's visit and his rhetoric as exacerbating vaccine hesitancy at a crucial moment! Other local islands that vaccinated did not have this problem.

RE: the colorectal stuff - the screening was dropped to 45 after they saw the rise in cases, wasn't it So that wouldn't explain the increase. And it's the leading cause of cancer death in young adults. Sounds like she's dismissing something that's just not as simple as she wants it to be.
