I have no situational awareness. I tried but I am a failure at it. My remedy was to get licensed with my two friends, Smith & Wesson. Times two. Sometimes I get a little concerned and this is when i walk around with three quarters in each palm of my hands. It is amazing what they can do to a threat coming my way at five feet. I bet even Clint would stop on a a dime. That buys me two seconds to contemplate consulting with my two friends.

My father is a Brazilian equivalent of a navy seal operator. Being a child of one of these guys can get you paranoid with everything they tell you should pay attention to. I'm in my twenties and the amount of times I gave a friend a tip or two about these things he's talking about is unbelievable. Someday I'll find these things actually useful I guess. Now, I'm just constantly paranoid about my surroundings

That was a bunch of useless garbage. My advice is, sit where you can see the entrance with situational awareness. Who's going to have a roll of duct tape and a newspaper or a roll off quarters and a sock with them? Maybe ask for a roll of duct tape when the waitress asks you if you'd like to start off with a drink or an appetizer?

Get a printed roadmap for out of town trips in case your nav goes down. Keep a fire extinguisher in your car. Have some smoke escape hoods in your homem near your bed in case of fire. Practice with one.

Stuff like this for a modern person in western society is totally foreign and -obsolete- in a sense. In our species's history this was probably the main part of daily life. But how do I wear double books?

I remember when in the karbala civilian festival at irak, the awareness of many peasants and soldiers, was excelent because they trap and punished many navy seals and britich sas putting bombs in cars.

I feel like this is more onpar with something you-d show a kindergartener and expect them to be impressed: would-ve liked to have seen more realistic situations and approaches to everyday occurrences.

Some of these comments are so funny - Clint also worked for the CIA and has the know how kill your way out of a room with ten different things. Three would be good, but prepared, extremely prepared

Excellent vid
Anyone born & raised in NYC is already an expert on situational awareness. We are keenly aware of what & who is around us at all times. It's survival. lol
