Dude. Arteries get blocked by LDL (low density) cholesterol. which meat has very little of. meat and dairy mainly have HDL (high density) cholesterol which is good for you, you'd die without it. LDL is often found in processed grain products, and sugar. so all flours. anything with high carbs, and processed food, has VLDL cholesterol and is very bad for you. Watch Dr Lustig videos. He explains the difference in great detail.

Kinda makes me realize I just liked the character he portrayed and not the actor, good one on him for changing his health around but it had to take a widowmaker to have him being healthy.
He epitomizes the definition of vegan, talks about himself too much, he sounds way too self centered regardless of what I seen him in, but thats a jersey thing and jersey things kinda suck to people on the west coast.

hmm, sorta interestingly, there were two kevin smith's in the acting profession. The one that played silent bob and the other who played Ares in the new zealand based Hercules series. Sadly the NZ actor died in a mountain climbing accident awhile ago. cosidering how popular Herc and the spinoffs were, someon those might actually be referencing the NZ Actor.

Big irony with Dogma and me. Im a Christian & grew up Christian but in recent years faith has been a struggle but never stopped believing in God. Where Dogma was Kevin Smith-s last gasp of religion, it oddly helped me make peace with & accept my own faith. & I think I-m ready to help Rufus make those changes.

His personality and love for what he does, as well as his candid nature and ability to speak frankly about himself is super refreshing. He's been a huge inspiration to me in the same way Stan Lee was for him. Great guy. Just a fun personality.
